How about a Voyager Movie
|
I went through the grocery store on my day off as I normally do. I found in the fresh fish market some black tip shark steaks. I bought one and deep fried it in a beer batter mix I found from McCormick for like two bucks.I knew shark was good because somebody said "try this" one time and I thought it was good and reminded me of Swordfish. Growing up in Cocoa Beach with my Pop loving seafood restaurants I can't remember when this was. Anyway the fish guy at the Market rejoiced in my selection because it had just come in that day and was rarely available? Like I said I deep fried it after it soaked in beer batter for a night in the fridge. I was expecting but it was like Wowness!!A very firm white meat with a sweet taste like part cornish game hen and part Lobster, but without the bouncy properties of Lobster tail or even gator tail. Don't ever eat gator, it sucks. Now I am pissed that I did not but some Chilleun Sea Bass Fillets that were available three months ago. WOW shark is good!!!! At least black tip is.... Edited by Sgt.
