Apparently we look like this now

My wife has had really bad allergies lately, and snoring. I've been on the couch several times over the past month. Does anyone know any snoring remedies that work? |

Try some decongestion medicine. I used to snore really bad. Now I have a CPAP machine and haven't snored in almost two years. |

Yes, I had a sleep study done two years ago. I found out that I have shallow breathing or totally stop breathing 95 times an hour. I fall into the category of severe sleep apnea. I used to fall asleep at stop lights. I was always tired. It seemed like I was in a fog all day long. The morning after my first night on my CPAP machine was wonderful. I haven't had a good night's rest in years. I've lost weight and have more energy than I have had in twenty five years. My wife is truly happy that I don't snore anymore. |
