Apparently we look like this now

Just heard it will be called soon. It was VERY close 30 minutes ago. Like less than 200 votes difference. Which way will this one go? I realy hope Al (Stuart Smalley) Franken doesn't become a senator. |

How about a Voyager Movie

If Franken gets elected he will have to tighten up his game. From what I understand in civilized circles he behaves like a drunk Keith Olberman, Bullying people in discourse and embarrasing himself. Perfect for the people of Minnesota whose list of stellar choices include Jesse The "Bad long Hair" Ventura. This man too is embarrasing with his 9-11 conspiracy endorsement. Good Lord Jesse, even after being Governor you have even LESS dignity?Franken and Ventura should both sober up and seek professional counselor help. The people of Minnesota should be ashamed of themselves if they elect another cartoon character. These guys make Ron Paul seem credible.... |

Looks like the recount is on. I hope it isn't one of those Washington State (recount until you get the result you want) results. http://www.startribune.com/politics/national/senate/33900844.html |

Bill, Bill, Bill, How dare you mischaracterize the politics of Washington State and sully our fine reputation. We DON'T recount until we get the results we desire. We're not allowed to. We're only allowed 2 recounts. We, specifically King County (Seattle),find boxes and trays of previously uncounted votes until we get the result we want. No fears though. According to our talking heads, any bank would love to have the accuracy in accounting of that election. After all, if our local airpot, Seattle-Tacoma International, raised their standards to the levels of our elections, they'd only have two plane crashes a week. |
