Do you know anyone who is experiencing mortgage stress ? I don't know anyone personally who is in mortgage stress , but I know many people in Sydney are now finding they are overextended since interest rates have increased significantly , as have fuel costs and food costs, and private health insurance costs here over the last couple of years, while wages and salaries have not (even in many cases kept up with inflation).
