LOL @ Frimp. Cindy Sheehan also popped into my mind as I read 24's post. What would happen if those two got together? Love at first-sight or a matter - anti-matter type explosion? |

Again, as a resident of the state of Ohio, I find it absolutely chilling that heads of state agencies so willingly and so readily searched through what should be private records without probable cause and, without the approval of the citizen in question, released those records to the media. ALL the man did was ask a question of a man who came to HIS FRONT YARD ......... He didn't go search out the man to ask him a question, the man came to him. Remember, in the two years since the last election in Ohio, we have already had one Democrat state office holder forced to resign. Originally, the charge was sexual harrassment and coverup, but the investigation is now looking into far more including running a business on the state's dime and other issues related to corruption. That person's interim replacement is one of the people, along with five separate others, now being investigated for violating a citizen's personal privacy for ... what? The story from those responsible keeps changing to explain their justification. So, dislike Joe the Plumber personally all you like, but, if he chooses to sue, he is likely to be well compensated for the intrusion into his personal life. Those responsible screwed up big time. |

Not to mention the hypocrisy. This is coming from a political party whose members have screamed for over 6 years about the privacy rights of Islamic extremists, so it's really rich they blatantly violate the privacy of a US citizen and so casually brush it off. |

I still haven't seen credible proof that any political party is responsible for this mess. The fingerpointing without backup is getting stale. |

Minuet, You keep repeating that statement, but, it has never made any sense to me. Why do you think the office holders are lying about their political affiliation? |

When have they stated thier affiliation. I asked for proof weeks ago and no one has provided any. The people who did this are not ELECTED officials, are they? Therefore thier political affiliation is not a matter of public record. |

Well, yes, elected officials do have party affiliations. It is a matter of public record. These have all been Democrats. |

However, the Treasurer was not the person who ordered the check on Joe.

Okay.... so, do you think that political appointees are just people off the street, or do you think their are party affiliations involved? I'm curious as to why you are so vehement to try and prove that Democrats didn't do this? |
