IPB 2.0.0 PF1 (Release Candidate 1) to be on general release on Wednesday 7th July
As you may be aware, IPB 2.0.0 PF1 has already been released to our customers to help us work out some of the smaller bugs and niggles with the 1.3 upgrade tool. As we've been able to work very closely with our customers to resolve problems, we've fixed a number of issues thanks to their willingness to allow us to physically work on their servers to quickly reproduce the problem.

Thanks to this co-operation, we've been able to make substantial fixes to the IPChat integration, IPB Portal, SSI and the Lo-Fi version.

The 1.(1,2,3) upgrader has been very successful and we've made improvements to the system to allow for a smoother process. We've also created a semi-manual upgrade kit for shell execution which is ideal for those with larger databases.

We're just finishing up the last of the reported problems in time for the full public release.

Wednesday's release will include the IPB series 1 upgrade tool and upgrade documentation.

InvisionFree maybe upgraded to 2.0.0 in a week or 2. I'll keep everyone posted about any 2.0.0 updates.
