Messed up Internet Explorer logo

My Internet Explorer logo has a double background color. The logo background is white and the rest of the logo space is black.How can I fix it so that the whole logo space is white?

I would make sure that your images have a tansparent background. Otherwise, I don't know.

Just noticed that the static logo bitmaps were missing. I may try to repair Internet Explorer later today to see if that helps.
