Although, I don't really see any need for pornography of any kind to have a plot, most of the time people aren't reading it for the story. Most people only look at the pictures in comics anyway. I am trying to learn Japanese on and off. I was going to learn the writing system, but after I found out that kanji has over 3000 symbols I lost interest. Not much need to buy them, they're already all over the internet for free. I'm pretty sure almost all of Kato's work is on e-Hentai. Not to mention they haven't been translated (officially) which would make buying them pointless. If I had a credit card I probably wouldn't be using it to buy hentai off the internet.

You also overlooked the part where I said there's no need to buy them because they'll be in Japanese. They haven't been officially translated, just scanlated, a lot of times by the guys at BBWChan. The internet is the only place you can find the scanlated versions. Of course, I'm sure everyone goes out and buys the DVDs of anime and the Volumes of manga they want to read/watch from the store and doesn't read them online, because it's "stealing." If they were in any real danger of losing money I'm sure they would've done something about it, don't you?

Look at all the anime, manga, video games, movies, music, and other media that's plastered all over the internet. There was a time when they cared about people downloading their content for free back when the internet had just started, but they've pretty much stopped caring. Only time they care is when copyright laws are broken. If you don't try to sell or make money off of whatever it is you downloaded they could care less. When have you recently seen a news article entitled "Local boy arrested for downloading content illegally from the internet." I feel like I'm beating a dead horse here, so after this post I'm ending this senseless argument.
