King Of The Impossible Posts: 883 Group: Members Member #13 Joined: Jul 5, 2003	When Luke Goss (formerly of Bros) is the biggest name in the cast list, I get nervous. The simple problem is that a lot of big games are influenced by films, so the cinematic equivalent is an inevitably a third hand recycling of said influences (eg Max Payne- Sin City, Matrix, Mortal Kombat- Enter The Dragon etc). That being said though, be thankful you are not me aka the idiot who watched Double Dragon: The Movie. Shudder.

They always get the crap ripped out of them by critics for being utterly shithouse. And the fans always have a massive fit over every little thing. The movie of your favorite video game will suck, I can almost guarantee it.

It kind of accepted its limitations which its more pretentious brethern (Tomb Raider, Max Payne) did not. I'm personally holding out for a Sonic film with Will Smith as Sonic and Justin Timberlake as Tails, with a CGI mocap George Clooney as Dr Robotnik/Eggman
