It's basically about a group of nerds living in an apartment next to their recently moved in neighbor who happens to be a hot chick. But the show is so funny and intelligent i have to put on caps all the times cause sometims they talk about quantum physics, mechanics, and use a bunch of big words. So half the time there's a lot of things you don't get but that' what funny about it unless you're a genius scientist. lol

And i find it hard to believe since some people were calling it one of the best sitcoms on TV right now.
