Another anime update: Still on Noir. The library DVD's are giving me an incredibly hard time trying to play. I don't think the Panasonic DVD/VCR combo player works on those so I've had to go back to computer. You're Under Arrest has a season 3! This was originally by the guy who did Oh My Goddess but it looks like famiy friendly policewoman anime is back. And I'm watching a little bit of Lodoss War. It's weird how those medieval themes all came together this week. Lodoss War, Beowulf, Shrek the Third, and that random NBC CGI medieval castle story. Oh, and read some D.Gray-Man. That came recommended by my wife's students. |

Lots of titles seem since I checked in last time on the subject: Cowboy Bebop Trigun Higurashi (first two stories) Pani Poni Dash (as crazy as Azumanga Daioh) Dragonball Z remastered seasons 1-5 Death Note (to ep 24) Rumbling Hearts Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya DN Angel bunch of random harem ones I'd soon forget Also started Rurouni Kenshin and hey that singer sounds familiar. So I've watched this series called Ragnarok The Animation, and it's very much like a computer RPG format, but what I found interesting is that the original manga creator is Korean. It got me thinking of our favorite k-pop videos and how they get all tragic and all. |
