Okay this is actually my first fanfic >.< My writing style usually changes in the first 3-5 chapters. So yea, I hopy you like it. :love: I'm posting this at soompi and solid07 too so if you want to read ahead you can go there too. Prologue My favorite flower is a white rose. It is pure, delicate, and beautiful. It is the complete opposite of myself. I am not pure, nor am I delicate. Beautiful? Ha! I would laugh at that. My name is Mina Choi. I am 16 years old and turning 17 in a few months. I have no parents but only an older brother. Appearance? I have glasses; my hair would be tied up into a ponytail everyday. Some would call me a geek, nerd, or whatsoever. I can be a b*tch to the people who dislike me but I’m nicer to my friends and family. --------- “Hey Mina are you okay?” my brother Hwanhee asks me since he sees me crying on my bed as I’m hugging my knees. “Oppa it isn’t fair. Umma and Appa didn’t deserve to die it was all my fault.” “Shhhh don’t cry it wasn’t your fault,” he embraced me to make me feel better. I stood up angrily with red eyes, puffy from crying, tears still running down my cheeks. “Yes it is! If I hadn’t gotten sick than Umma and Appa wouldn’t have to go to the store in the storm and they wouldn’t have gotten into the car accident,” I just started to sob uncontrollably. “Mina it wasn’t your fault they died, it was a drunken driver that hit the car mom and dad were in nothing was your fault, they are in a better place now,” Hwanhee was starting to cry a bit so I hugged him. “Don’t worry about anything they left us enough money so we can live and I’ll quit school for while and get a job so we can have extra money just in case we need it and when we have enough I’ll go back and finish college. Here…,” he gave me a white rose…. “Now stop crying okay Mina?” White roses were the only things that stop me from crying… I took the rose and put it in a small vase with water. |

thanks.. but the first few chapters a pretty crappy -__- and theyre short... uhh yea and alot of characters will pop up T_T Chapter 1 <Mina’s P.O.V> “Great another school day,” even though I was one of the top students at SangJin High, I just hated going there. I lay in bed thinking about what will happen today when Hwanhee came. “Rise and shine sleeping beauty,” Hwanhee bursted into my bedroom exclaiming loudly. “If your lazy a.ss won’t get up you can say bye bye to your breakfast I made for you.” “Okay okay I’m up lay one finger on my breakfast I will bleach all your white clothes to pink again.” “Don’t remind me of that , I had to go to school wearing a pink shirt instead of white like everybody else. Those teachers thought I was gay too you know. I won’t go within 10 meters of your breakfast. I have to leave now since Brian is downstairs waiting for me.” “Oh he is? How is he lately? I haven’t talked to him in a while.” “He’s okay. We’re just going to go around the city looking for a job.” “Okay oppa be safe and no flirting with girls. I saw that time when you we’re flirting with the girl that had a boyfriend you nearly had yourself beaten up,” I joked with him. “Hey hey that wasn’t my fault. She was flirting with me not the other way around.” “HWANHEE GET YOU’RE A.SS DOWN HERE NOW OR I’M GOING TO LEAVE YOU LOOKING FOR A JOB BY YOURSELF,” a voice that was obviously Brian’s came from downstairs. “That guy has no patience. Okay I’ll see you later Mina take care,” he left my room and softly closed the door behind him. I got out of bed brushed my teeth, tied up my hair, and got dressed for school. In the kitchen there was a plate of pancakes on the table with a note beside it. Hey Mina! I made your favorite breakfast. I won’t be home till around 8 or 9 so behave yourself, k? -Hwanhee I hope he’ll be safe while he’s out. Taking a glance at the clock…AH I’m going to be late for school. After wrapping up the pancakes and putting it into the microwave I ran to the living room to get my book bag and extra books laying around into my arms. Locking the front door I ran to school and spotted 2 unfamiliar cars in the student parking lot. I guessed they’re new students. As I arrived to my classroom it would usually be loud and noisy with the chattering of the students but today it was quiet. Grabbing the doorknob and twisting it slightly until I heard the faint ‘click’ allowing my entrance I entered the classroom. Looking inside I saw six boys at the front of the classroom being introduced by one of the six. “This is Minwoo, Andy, Eric, Hyesung, and Dongwan. I am JunJin.” As soon as I heard the name JunJin I dropped everything I was holding. I felt a ton of eyes on me and managed to stutter out, “J-Jun Jin?” |

sorry i havent posted >_< heres two chapters Chapter 2 “Well it’s nice to meet you too Mina,” JunJin smiled warmly towards me. “Ahhhh!! Oh my God!!! Oppa I miss you so much!! When did you get back?” I was so happy to see JunJin that I ran up to him and gave him a big hug not noticing the glares of hatred and anger coming from the many girls in the classroom. “Can’t…breath…need…air…,”JunJin joked but well stupid me though he was serious… “I’m so sorry are you okay?” “Ahem,” the teacher cleared her voice loudly so she could get attention from us, “I am guessing that you won’t mind showing the new students around the school?” “Oh no teacher I don’t mind at all,” I replied back a little too happily. “Okay than you all may leave now,” she excused us from the class. “Thank you teacher,” I replied back with a slight bow. I had to step on one of JunJin’s feet telling him to do the same. Once we all got outside JunJin started hopping around on one foot while holding his other injured foot, “Gosh Mina did you have to step on my foot that hard?” “Heh…heh…umm…oops…” I smiled sheepishly while helping JunJin stand up correctly. “Umm JunJin you want to introduce us or do you want me to?” a guy that was pretty tall, somewhat of a feminine look asked JunJin. “Oh sorry well he is Hyesung, um the short one is Minwoo, buff one is Dongwan, kiddy looking one is Andy, and the one with frizzy hair is Eric,” JunJin introduced quickly and rudely. “I am NOT short!” “I do not look kiddy!” “My hair is NOT frizzy!!” I couldn’t help but laugh at the way Minwoo, Andy, and Eric yelled at JunJin. “Aigooo fine I take it back…” then he mumbled, “big babies…” “I HEARD THAT,” after that being said they tackled JunJin. Hyesung and Dongwan finally broke them all apart from the tangled mess 10 minutes later. “Okay well I guess you all know I’m Mina Choi,” I introduced myself with a small wave. “Okay I should show you all around the school since you could get lost in these hallways from time to time.” “Don’t worry about showing the school just show the way to the cafeteria,” Dongwan exclaimed excitedly but received a slap on the back of his head. “You’re being a pig. How can you not be fat and eat the way you do?” Eric said. *RIIIIIIIIIIIING* “That was the lunch bell I might was well show the way to the cafeteria,” as we were walking towards the cafeteria Yuri and her little clique approached me. “What the h*ll is an ugly nerd like you going around school with them?” Yuri scoffed. “You can kiss my A$$. I’m not the one going around school looking like a Wh*re and Sl*t.” “Say what you want Mina at lease I have the looks and one day your friends here will be mine and you would be left out in the cold.” “Why Yuri, I didn’t know you figured out my feelings toward you already,” JunJin got into the argument. I was just too shocked to even say anything while Yuri had a smirk on her face simply saying, ‘Ha! I told you this would happen.’ JunJin walked over to her in a seductive manner and inched his face closer to hers only stopping a few millimeters away from her lips, “But unfortunately for you my feelings are the complete opposite from what you thought.” We all broke out into laughter while Yuri and her group walked away looking pissed and just glared at us. “Haha…you…haha…should of…haha… saw her face…haha,” I couldn’t help but just laugh knowing that news would spread around the school like wildfire if word got out the Yuri wasn’t even close to getting JunJin. “Alright Mina shall we go now?” JunJin asked while swinging his arm over my shoulder. “Huh? Errr..okay…,” I looked down at my shoes saying this embarrassed that he had his arm over my shoulder. Oh no, is my face turning red?? Ahhhh!! This is too embarrassing… but I can’t like JunJin… right? Of course I don’t… Chapter 3 After finding ourselves a table that seated seven people we had to let Andy, Dongwan, and Minwoo get lunch because they were getting hungry. “Okay first things first, why did you leave Korea?” throughout the years JunJin went away I couldn’t get over the fact why he left…. *Flashback* “What would you do if I went away for a couple of years?” a nine year old boy asked. “Ummm…I would go with you oppa,” a girl with braided pigtails replied with a dimpled smile. “But you aren’t leaving right?” a frown was starting to form on her face. “I have to move in about a week,” he replied while swinging his feet back and forth. “But I don’t want you to go JunJin oppa,” tears we’re starting to form in her eyes. JunJin saw this so he gave her a hug to try and make her feel better. “Mina, please don’t cry ,hold up okay?” little 9 year old JunJin ran to the park that was about a block away from his house She waited for five minutes and called out to him. “JunJun oppa come back,” Mina was about to run to get JunJin until she saw a figure running frantically towards her, “JunJin?” “Sorry if I was too long.” “I though you left me oppa…,” tears started to form in her eyes again. “Mina don’t cry,” JunJin wiped away her tears with his thumb. “Here,” he handed her a white rose that was fully bloomed, “now don’t cry okay?” As Mina saw the rose her face lit up with a bright smile, “Okay oppa I won’t.” *Flashback Ends* I still kept that very rose JunJin gave me when we were younger after all those years. “Oh that well my relatives were having some financial problems so my family and I had to move and help them. When we arrived we bought a huge house so we all could move in together. Knowing that we needed to help them get money, we started up a business of some sort so my relatives would be able to take over and be able to pay all the bills themselves. Fortunately we were able to start up a restaurant and form a chain from that which was really successful.” “How long did it take? It couldn’t have been more than about three years,” I asked. “It actually took about two and a half years. You’re wondering why I didn’t come back sooner aren’t you?” I nodded my head signaling him to continue. “By the time everything was done I was already half way through my school year and I didn’t want to just leave all of a sudden so I planned to stay until my school year was finished. That was when I met Hyesung and Eric. They were attending the school as foreign exchange students. Being Korean we all got along real well. We were only in 7th grade at that time and their program, being exchange students and all, lasted about three years. I didn’t want to just leave them either so I just stayed for those three years. The three years passed and it was time for Hyesung and Eric to go back and I just went along with them since I was going to go anyway. “So you didn’t come back with your parents?” I asked him, he shook his head. “Than who are you staying with?” “I’m staying with the five of them. Hyesung and Eric were friends with Minwoo, Dongwan, and Andy before they transferred. All five of their parents are good friends so they put together some money and bought this huge penthouse. I’m paying rent so don’t think I’m leeching off of them,” JunJin let out a breath of relief, happy that he finished explaining what happened. “So how are your parents and Hwanhee Hyung?” I flinched a bit when he asked how my parents were, “Well Hwanhee stopped half way through college because he wanted to get a job and start college again when he’s sure we have enough money just in case but he’s doing real well.” “Oh I see and how are your parents?” JunJin asked. “Umm…my parents passed away a year ago…,” I answered his question in a small voice. “Oh I’m sorry.” “It’s okay JunJin you didn’t know.” “Umm Mina. do you mind if I asked how it happened?” I guess it wouldn’t hurt if I told him what happened. I though to myself for a while. “When I was sick my parents went out in the stormy weather to get some medicine to calm down my fever. Three hours passed and the police called our house saying my parents were involved in a car accident with a drunken driver. They were barely alive when the ambulance arrived so they got rushed to the emergency room. But when they got there it was already too late,” I choked on my last words because I was starting to tear up. “Mina don’t cry, be happy for your parents. They are in a better place now. I’m sure they wouldn’t want to see you sad right?” JunJin asked as he rocked me in his arms back and forth so I would stop crying. I nodded silently answering his question. A girl that had black shoulder length hair approached the table, “Hey Mina. What’s wrong? What is that guy doing hugging you,” her eyes widened so much it looked as if it would pop out of its sockets, “AHH get off get off get off,” she started slapping JunJin so he would move. “Yah Ni Ni stop slapping him,” I told Ni Ni as I stood in front of JunJin, arms outstretched trying to block him. “Huh? But he… Wha,” Ni Ni tried asked what was happening but was confused. “This is JunJin my friend and I was just telling him about what had happened to my parents.” “Oh heh..heh.. sorry Oppa…” Ni Ni apologized to JunJin with her head down embarrassed. “Don’t worry it’s okay,” JunJin replied back. “Oh you guys this is my friend Ni but just call her Ni Ni,” I introduced. As soon as Andy saw her he jumped up from his seat and ran over to where Ni Ni and I was standing at, “Hiiiii Ni Ni I’m Andy,” he gave her a big smile. Ni Ni giggled at how cute Andy was. “Hi Andy it’s nice to meet you,” she gave a smile towards him. “Awww look at those two lovebirds. You two would make a nice couple,” Hyesung cooed. Andy and Ni Ni’s face turned bright red, “hahaha look they’re blushing,” this only made them blush a deeper shade. “Hyesung stop teasing them but it is cute,” I laughed at Andy and Ni Ni. *RIIIIIING* “That’s the bell, we should get back to class before anybody gets in trouble. Do you all want to meet up after school somewhere?” Ni Ni asked everybody and just got nods as a reply. “Okay than meet up at Romance Café. It’s about a block away from here so I’ll see you all there. Bye,” Ni Ni waved as she went her separate way to class. |

thanks ^^ you can read it at soompi if you want to read ahead =) http://soompi.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=253175 thats the link to it ^^ Chapter 4 “That was a good school day,” Minwoo said after going through the school doors. “Chi the only reason it was good for you was because that old hag fell in love with you,” Eric told Minwoo. “Well is it my fault I look so good,” Minwoo stroked back his hair and flexed his ‘muscles.’ “Pfffft that’s all fat, see,” DongWan said while shaking Minwoo’s arm making it shake, “this is what you call muscles,” he flexed his muscles showing off. “Just leave those two it can go on forever,” JunJin said carelessly, “let’s go, Ni Ni could have been at the Café for a while by now.” “Yea yea let’s go let’s go don’t want to make the lady wait,” Andy said trying to make everybody go. “We need to go. She wanted to show me something but didn’t tell me what it is so can we pleaaaaaaaaseeee go,” I pleaded them. “Still the whiny baby I know,” JunJin said as he ruffled my hair. “I am not whiny,” I said pouting. “Sure you aren’t.” “Come on let’s go.” We left the school gates and JunJin suddenly geld my hand. “Just like old times,” he asked with a slight smile. I gave him a bright smile and nodded back. “Hey doesn’t JunJin and Mina look like a couple,” Hyesung whispered to Eric. “They look pretty good together if you ask me,” Dongwan said. “Well they won’t look better than Ni Ni and me,” Andy said outloud. Everybody stopped what they were doing and stared at Andy, “I don’t like Ni Ni. I…I… ahhh forget it. You think she likes me…,” Andy asked with a curious voice. “Awwww my Andy is growing up,” Minwoo said pinching Andy’s cheeks. “Hey you guys we’re here,” I said. Inside the Café I saw three heads sitting by the window. One of them was Ni Ni. We walked inside and immediately I ran over to the girls and gave them a hug screaming from delight. “Anada unnie I missed you so much,” I said giving her a hug. “Missed you too Mina,” she replied while returning the hug. I stepped back and looked at her to see if anything changed at all. Her hair is dark brown, halfway down her back, clothes are laid back and comfortable, about the height of 5’4”, doesn’t have glasses or braces, and her face is simply flawless. She’s still the same girl I met. “Ahem,” a girl sitting at the table coughed softly, ”forgot about me didn’t you,” she said giving a smile. “Wahh SooEun!! How was it in America? Was school okay? Did you get along with anybody? Were there any hot guys,” I stopped immediately from bombarding SooEun with questions when I realized when I has asked. I could feel my face turn bright red as everybody stared at me awkwardly, ”Umm…errr…It’s very nice to see you again SooEun,” the girls just laughed at me. I remembered I didn’t introduce the guys so I decided to do that, “Ha.Ha. Well the guys are JunJin, Eric, Andy, Minwoo, Dongwan, and Hyesung. The beautiful ladies here are Anada, SooEun and you already know Ni Ni.” “Hello Anada,” Eric said waving to her. “Chi… Buzz off frizzy boy,” Anada said not even looking at him while waving her hand shooing him. “Puahahaha,” the five boys were holding their stomachs in pain from laughing so hard. “Told ya you have frizzy hair Eric,” JunJin said trying to stand up straight again. “Hahahaha Eric got turned down by a girl,” Andy said still laughing. Hyesung was the only one that returned to the right state of mind. He pulled a chair from a table near by and sat next to SooEun. “Hi SooEun, I’m Hyesung,” Hyesung said smiling. “Hi Hyesung,” SooEun said smiling shyly. Feeling her cheeks warm up a bit she looked down from embarrassment. “Hiya Ni Ni, great to see you again,” Andy said while plopping himself in a seat next to Ni Ni. She giggled at Andy’s cheery mood. I think I’ll tease him a bit. She thought to herself. “Well it’s not all that great to see you though.” “Huh? But…,” Andy looked as if he was about to cry any second. “Hehe just kidding. You’re so cute,” Ni Ni said pinching Andy’s cheeks a bit. “Soooo Mina are you and JunJin going out? We saw you two holding hands,” Anada said with a grin on her face. “Huh n-n-no we’re not,” I stuttered while my face turned red, “I don’t like JunJin he’s just an oppa to me,” I saw a pained look on JunJin’s face for a second but it was gone a second later. “Really, then why are you blushing huh,” Ni Ni said while pointing at my cheeks. “Ahh shut up you know you like Andy,” I said crossing my arms and trying to direct the attention elsewhere. “Yea I do so what,” Ni Ni covered her mouth and silently mumbled, ‘Oh crap,’ to herself. “Hehe busted…,” I said to her “Ohhh really? Umm do you want to be my girlfriend? Then we can do things together like go to the park and-“ Andy was cut off from his rambling because Ni Ni held his hand. “I’d love to oppa,” she said smiling. “Yay! Hehe,” Andy kissed her cheek. Aww…how cute they're the colors of cherries now. “I feel like going to a club tonight, anyone up for it,” Minwoo asked. “How about Zenith at 8:30 I think it’s new,” Hyesung said. “Ummm…. I can’t go,” I said to them. Obviously I didn’t want to go. “You cant go or you don’t want to go,” Ni Ni said looking at me. “Uhhh… both,” I said pleading her with my eyes not to make me go. “You are going Mina and don’t worry about the clothes Ni Ni will make you look fabulous. Anada you are going too so don’t try to get out of it. SooEun you going? Oh well doesn’t matter you’re going to go too,” Ni Ni declared. “Great! We should get ready since its 6 right now,” JunJin said getting up. “K, bye you guys. So whos house should we go to so we can get ready,” Ni Ni asked. “Not mines, reason is pretty obvious,” Anada asked. “Can’t go to mines either, can’t bring people over when parents aren’t home,” SooEun added in. “You can go to my house HwanHee won’t mind,” I suggested. “Okay I’ll just drop by mines and get some things for us,” Ni Ni said. “SooEun, Unnie where are you doing to go,” I asked. “I’ll just go straight to your house if it’s okay with you,” SooEun replied. “I’m fine with it, Anada what about you,” I turned to her and she just shrugged, “okay then, Ni Ni we’ll be at my house so just go there after you leave your’s.” “K see you all there,” Ni Ni waved and walked out of the café. “Unnie can I borrow your phone real quick?” “Sure.” I dialed in JunJin’s cell phone number. “Hello?” “Hey JunJin it’s Mina.” “Oh hey, whats up?” “The girls and I will be at my house. Is it okay if you picked us up?” “Sure we’ll be there at 8:15. That time good?” “Yea thanks oppa bye.” “Bye Mina, l- heh sorry about that bye.” That was close…I wish I could tell her how I felt, JunJin though as he stared at his phone for a little while before he returned to getting ready. Hmm that was strange. Wonder what he was about to say, I thought as I handed back Anada’s phone, “Thanks Unnie I think we should go so we wont be late,” We got up and left the café. |

Chapter 5 *Out of P.O.V.* *Buzzzzz* (A.N. – Me and my gay sound effects… -__-) “Hello Choi Residence,” Mina spoke into the intercom. “Hey Mina it’s Ni Ni, can you buzz me in?” “Sure, Hey SooEun Ni Ni’s here.” “My god your house is huge, I wish I could live here,” SooEun said still amazed. “We might sell it after a while. Depends if HwanHee wants to take over the company my parents had or if he gets a job that will be able to keep the house since it is just the two of us we might not need it,” Mina said. “That was some good stuff, thanks for letting me eat something haven’t ate all day,” Anada came out from the kitchen holding some orange juice. “What did you eat,” Mina asked afraid that she might have ate the pancakes HwanHee made for her. “Some pancakes that we’re in the microwave I think it had some chocolate in it.” “Those pancakes were for me…wait chocolate?!?!! WAHH that’s my favorite kind…,” Mina pouted. “Oh…heh…sorry…umm… want me to make new ones for you,” Anada asked with a sheepish smile. “No! I mean no thanks, I tasted your food before… skittles and hot sauce in an omelet,” Mina said while pointing a finger in her mouth pretending to be gagging. “Heyy it didn’t taste that bad,” Anada said. “Hello, err can I get some help,” Ni Ni arrived with 5 bags, “Mina do you know how long the drive is from the gate to the garage?” “Errr a bit long…but Ni Ni what the h*ll… 5 bags!?!” “One bad of clothes for the each of us and one bag of makeup, hair accessories, etc.” “You’re crazy, why are you so cheery and talkative you used to be so shy and quiet,” SooEun said while looking through the bags. “Oh err I don’t know why exactly,” Ni Ni said pondering on the though. “It’s because of Andy, ever since he came she changed,” Mina said while flipping through the channels on T.V. “Yah Mina help me get all this upstairs.” “K, I’ll get the bag of junk and a bag of clothes.” “Pshh yea leave me with 3 bags.” “Stop complaining Ni Ni, you brought all the things not me,” Mina said while Ni Ni started to mumble things like ‘Lazy Pig.’ “Ni Ni I’m not wearing this,” Mina said holding up a top and skirt. “Quit complaining I knew this was going to happen…,” “Heh, Ni Ni you better be damn kidding if you think I’m going to wear this,” Anada said while holding up a black skirt and red halter top. “Anada you know you have to look good for Eric. That boy tries so hard but you just turn him down. OoOoO this is cute thanks Ni Ni,” Soo Eun said thanking Ni Ni. “ Who frizzy boy? Pshh I could care less,” Anada said simply shrugging it off. “SoOoo Mina what about you,” Soo Eun said smirking. “What about me?” “You like JunJin?” “Huh oh no..no..yes..no..maybe… I don’t know!!” “Girls get ready it’s almost 7,” Ni Ni shouted from the restroom that was connected to Mina’s room, “Anada, SooEun there’s a restroom down the hall you can go change there if you want.” “Ni Ni I don’t want to wear this. Look at me I’m so fugly wearing that would only make it worse,” Mina whined. “Mina you look fine and I’m surprised your skin has some sort of tan and you never go out,” SooEun propped up a pillow on the headboard of the bed. She rolled her eyes at SooEun, “ How come you aren’t changing?” “Anada is changing in the other restroom.” The door to the room opened and revealed Anada weaing a black skirt and red halter top. “Sexy Sexy I wonder who’s going to be all over you,” Mina smirked playfully. “Shut up Mina. Yah! Ni Ni, I cant even walk in these damn heels,” Anada shouted while hitting the door to where Ni Ni was getting ready. She walked out wearing a simple peach colored, one shoulder dress that reached just above her knees. Although her clothes were great her makeup isn’t . She was obviously putting on eye liner… and now there’s a long line near her eye and she doesn’t look too happy… “What the frap?!? Who the h*ll kn-,” she stopped talking when she saw Anada looking half-pissed and half-smirking, “why you little… COME HERE!!” “I think we should hold back Ni Ni before my room becomes a murder scene.” “Yea I think we should…umm… is it safe to go near her?” “Just watch. Yah! Ni Ni, Andy’s here!” “Huh? What? NOOO!! It’s too early!! AHHH he cant see me like this,” that said she ran back into the restroom. “Babo yah (stupid), SooEun you can change in the restroom down the hall, I can wait.” “Alright Mina you can go change in your restroom now,” Ni Ni walked out now with her makeup fixed. “Errr why are we wearing clothes that are semi-formal? I though we were going clubbing,” Anada asked curiously. “HyeSung called my cell, he figured I was getting the clothes so he said to get something casual or semi-formal-like since this club is classy or whatever.” “That’s new… Okay I’m going to change. Wait, Ni Ni are we doing anything with out hair?” “Yea I’ll probably start on Anada’s since she’s done changing. Now go,” Mina left to change mumbling things to herself. “Ahh shoot it’s already 7. SooEun you done,” Ni Ni shoted down the hall. “Uhh… hoe do I look,” SooEun was wearing a 2 piece lavender dress. It was a tube top that slanted from the right to the left on the bottom part and reached about 5 inches below her hip. The skirt is the same color a bit slightly ruffled on the bottom, and reached a little above her knees. “Woot sexy girl. So… you single,” Anada joked raising her eyebrows. “I’m sorry but I don’t go that way,” SooEun joked back while laughing. The restroom door opened and everybody started at Mina amazed with the difference. “Damn I look that bad? Okay that’s it I’m staying home,” Mina was about to change but was shoved into a chair in front of the mirror. She wore the one shoulder baby blue top and the black skirt that was slanted a bit on the bottom. She looked absolutely gorgeous. “Okay make-up will be done after hair,” Ni Ni went over to get her bag of accessories. She took out a curling iron, hair straighter, some glitter, small flower pins, and a lot of bobby pins. *15 Minutes Later* “Wooo you look beautiful, don’t you love me,” Ni Ni said after adding a few finishing touches. Mina’s hair was put into a bun and her bangs were curled downward. Small baby blue flower pins were put here and there along with some glitter for the finishing touch. “Whoa… is that even me?” “Yea okay now leave we only have about 50 minutes left. Anada you’re up.” “It’s okay I want my hair down.” “Okay then SooEun?” “Coming.” “Ni Ni don’t worry about my make up I can do it myself,” Mina shouted from her restroom. “Good more time, so SooEun what do you want your hair to be like?” “Something simple, not too fancy.” “How about… half down curled and the other half put into a little bun with a flower sticking out?” “It sounds good, just do whatever.” *15 Minutes Later* SooEun’s hair was done earlier since it was easier. Her hair was just as Ni Ni described with a bit of glitter hear and there with a small flowers surrounding the top. Her makeup was also done she had a natural look with some blush and lip gloss. “Okay I think we’re done.” “Ni Ni you did a very good job,” Mina said. She had odne her makeup similar to SooEun’s. “I have to admit this skirt isn’t too bad,” Anada said. She never liked skirts since she though they we’re uncomfortable and preferred casual clothes. Anada finally got used to the heels. *Ding Dong* “Uhh I think I forgot to close the gate. I’m guessing the guys are here so shall we go,” Mina asked. “Let’s go,” Ni Ni said linking arms with Mina and leaving the room followed by SooEun and Anada. Chapter 6 *Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Ding Dong* (A.N. bare with me…) “Aish why the h*ll they so impatient,” Mina said walking to the door. *BOOM!* “Ahhhhh, what the h*ll,” she exclaimed to the person at the door. “I got a job,” he shouted while picking up Mina and spinning her around. “Babo, put me down HwanHee!!” “Oh heh sorry,” HwanHee put her down on her feet and his eyes widened at his sister’s different appearance, “where are you going?” “Uhhh…,” she tried to think of an excuse… “Don’t lie to me Mina Choi.” “The…club…,” Mina slowly crept behind Anada who wasn’t too far away. “The club?!? No you’re not, you are staying home and your friends can stay too if they want.” “Why not?! You’re acting like an ahjooshi (what a younger teen,kid, etc calls an old guy…or elderly adult man).” “Ah…joo..shi?!? I’m only 21! How’s that an ahjooshi? LOOK!! My face doesn’t even have wrinkles! And you are still staying home.” “Yah don’t make me bleach your clothes to pink again FANY,” Mina retorted back with a smirk. “Don’t call me that,” HwanHee said looking mad. Ever since they were young Mina had always called HwanHee by the name Fany. It was until later when HwanHee took English courses at school that he found out it meant butt in English. Since then he hated being called by the name. *Ding Dong* “I’ll get it,” Ni Ni said walking towards the door while Mina and HwanHee had a glaring contest, “Hey JunJin just in time.” “Hey NiNi,” JunJin replied. When he saw HwanHee he gave a welcome too, “Yo! Fany what’s up? Nice to see you again.” “Arghhh,” HwanHee threw his arms in the air and ran up the stairs towards his room. “Uhhh… did I do anthing wrong,” JunJin asked with a sad look. “Nah, it’s nothing. He’s just going through puberty from what I saw,” Anada answered. “Oh… Wow! You girls look great,” JunJin said to them. “I know they do huh? I picked out their clothes and did their hair, well SooEun’s and Mina’s hair,” Ni Ni said with a smile. “OoOo my girl has skills,” Andy wrapped his arm around her waist. “Bleh cut the mushy crap,” MinWoo said pretending to puke. “You’re just jealous,” Andy said while sticking out his tongue. “Well I hate to admit it but you all don’t look too bad yourself,” Anada said while seating herself on the couch. “Really…? Even me,” Eric asked putting his arm over her shoulders. “Uh I take it back. Everybody except frizzy boy,” she said this while taking his arm off her shoulders and stood up. “I have name you know… and my hair isn’t frizzy!” “Whatever.” After a little while where everybody just sat or stood around a pair of feet could be heard running down the stairs. “Hey Mina I’m going to work, I’ll be home late,” HwanHee was about to leave through the door when a voice stopped him. “Number one where are you working at and two what are you working as,” Mina asked sternly with her arms crossed. “See now you’re acting like an ahjooma (opposite of ahjooshi).” “Don’t try to change the subject HwanHee,” Mina started tapping her foot impatiently…not a good sign… “Uh..uh… wooo look at the time!! I’m going to be late sooyoualllater,” he rushed out the door afraid Mina might cause a sudden outburst. “Oh he’s in deep sh*t when he gets back,” she said unfolding her arms. “We should go it’s 8:10 right now,” Ni Ni said while walking to the door and opening it. “Alright there are only 3 cars so just pick whichever you girls want to rite,” Hyesung said leading the way to the cars. “Me and Andy are in one car, Hyesung is with Minwoo, and Eric and Dongwan are in the last one,” JunJin said while pointing to the three cars. “OoO c’mon Mina we’re going with JunJin and Andy,” Ni Ni grabbed Mina’s wrist and dragged her to the car. “SooEun who are you going with,” HyeSung asked her hoping she would go with him. “Oh I’ll just go with you if that’s okay,” SooEun looked at the dround hoping to hide her red face from embarrassment. HyeSung chuckled at her,” It’s okay I’m fine with it.” Andy opened the back door for Ni Ni,” Ladies first,” he held out his hand so Ni Ni can hold it as she can sit. “Aww, you’re such a gentlemen,” Ni Ni held his hand and sat down with Andy going in after her. “Mademoiselle,” JunJin spoke French and held out his hand like Andy had done. Mina giggled at JunJin’s accent,” hehe thanks Jin,” she held his hand and sat down in the front seat. <Nobody ever called me Jin before…I like it> he smiled at the thought and closed the door. JunJin got into the driver’s seat when Andy asked him a question. “Hyung (what a younger guy calls a older guy) you know where the club is right,” Andy asked while sticking his head in between the two front seats facing towards JunJin. “Huh? Oh uhh… not exactly, you have your cell with you? I think I left mines at home,” JunJin searched through his pockets and only found his wallet. “No…hold up,” Andy got out of the door and was about to get Hyesung but witnessed Eric and Anada arguing instead. “Get in the car.” “No,” she stubbornly crossed her arms. “Why not?” “Cause I don’t want to!” “Give me another answer.” “I don’t want to be in the same car as you.” “Get in before I throw you in.” “Try me!” “Alright then,” Eric rolled up his sleeves and lifted her up over his shoulders only to have her knee him in his precious area. She jumped off his shoulders and landed on her feet (A.N. she took off her heels before cause it hurt so she’s holding it right now). “Urghhh…,” Eric groaned on the ground while holding his manlyhood. Andy saw this and went over to help Eric get up,” Damn you alright man?” “Urghhh damn Anada, no,” Eric limped over the the car and sat down in the front seat. “I told you not to touch me already. You should be happy, it could have been worse,” Anada said getting into the back seat and closing the door. Andy looked at Dongwan who just shrugged his shoulders, “Oh Dongwan you know where the club is at?” “Yea why? JunJin doesn’t huh,” Andy nodded to his reponse, “That idiot he never listens, well just tell him to follow me or HyeSung.” “Alright thanks Dongsan. See you there,” Andy got back to the car and got inside,” Dongwan said to just follow him or Hyesung.” “Alright what happened back there though?” “Anada kneed Eric where it would really hurt.” “Puahahaha damn she’s hard to get huh,” JunJin asked Mina. “Yea she is and uhh they’re leaving…” “Oh right…” *At the club* “Umm… you guys…,” Mina just remembered she was underage,” how are we going to get inside?” “Uh….” JunJin had a clueless look on his face. “Oh my god tell me you’re kidding,” Anada looked like she would kill somebody… “Don’t worry about it my friend owns the club,” Hyesung said walking up the the front of the line, ”Shin Hyesung,” he spole to the guard. <Hmmm he looks familiar…> Mina though to herself and spoke, “ Brian…?” “Huh? Mina? What are you doing here huh?” “Um.. having fun.. and why are you working here…as a guard…you look so…so…puny…” “Shut up Mina I was an iljeen in high school.” “You and your cockiness…” “Babo and I’m working here because your brother made me work with him.” “Hwanhee…works…here?"Mina had fire in her eyes now…scary sight… Ni Ni noticed this and stepped in,” Hi Brian it’s nice to meet you we should go inside now yes? Yes, see you later Brian,” Mina was pulled inside by Ni Ni with the rest following after. Music blared from all around the club. Miraculously the air wasn’t thick from smoke. People were dancing in the middle of the club. Two bars we’re placed on opposite sides. A staircase was placed in the middle leading upstairs where the V.I.P. rooms are located. They walked up the stairs when a voice called from one of the tables upstairs. “Ay Hyesung!” “SungHoon! Man it’s nice to see you again,” they did their little handshake thing,” who’s the lady?” “This is my beautiful fiancé Monica,” he gave her a hug and a kiss,” and I’m SungHoon, owner of the club.” “You two look great together,” Ni Ni commented them, ”Sung Hoon oppa, erm wait I can call you that right,” she asked and he nodded,” you look so…young and you’re running a club that’s so successful.” “I just turned 23 a few weeks ago and opened up the club not too long ago either.” “Oh wow…” “Okay I’m going to go look for some girls see you later,” Minwoo shouted and left them. “Same here, Bye,” Dongwan said leaving. “Ni Ni you want to dance,” Andy asked her hoping she will say yes. “Sure,” they both left the same direction as Minwoo and Dongwan. “Anada,” Eric asked her forgetting about what happened earlier. “No thanks,” she simply replied while sitting down in a chair. “Fine,” Eric sat down in one of the chairs away from Anada. What a baby… “Okay… send a waiter up please,” SungHoon spoke into the intercom. “Right away,” was the response. Five minutes later a very disorganized waiter came rushing up the staircase towards them. “I’m sorry, everybody else was busy so I had to come last minute. Okay so what do you all want?” “HWANHWW YOU PIECE OF DDONG WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE,” Mina shouted at the top of her lungs causing people to look at her oddly and everybody at the table to rub their ears. “I work her stupid and what are you doing here huh? Correct me if I’m wrong but you are 16 not 19 plus." “Arghh… because I was dragged here and I wanted to have fun anyway. Now tell me why you work here.” “SungHoon and I have been friends when we were younger. I found him today and he was nice enough to give me a job here until I find another one.” “Oh… Um sorry…,” Mina was surprised that Hwanhee knew SungHoon but apologized anyway. “I’ll have a glass of wine HwanHee,” SungHoon spoke to Hwanhee so he would be able to do his job. “Alright, anything else,” Hwanhee asked while scribbling things down on a pad. “I’ll just have a soda,” Anada said while glancing around the club. “Glass of water,” glaring at Hwanhee, Mina managed to speak calmly. “Okay got that, JunJin and…” “I’m Eric, how about some gin?” “Uhh… SungHoon,” Hwanhee wasn’t sure whether to give Eric the alcoholic beverage or not. “I don’t think so. You are even lucky I let you in the club,” SungHoon said to them. “Darn… well just give me anything then,” Eric responded in a disappointed voice. “I’ll just have anything,” JunJin simply said. He looked like he was in deep thought about something. “Okay, just give me 10 minutes to get everything together and brought over,” Hwanhee said as he was leaving. “I’m going to go dance, don’t want to sit around near Ms. PMS, be back later,” Eric said and quickly rushed down the staircase and almost hitting into a waiter that was bringing up drinks. “Mina do you want to dance,” JunJin asked her with hopeful eyes. Mina’s face turned scarlet red and quickly mumbled a response, “Ican’tdance.” “What did you say,” he knew what Mina had said but wanted to tease her. “Ican’tdance.” “I’m sorry Mina can you say that a bit louder and slower.” “I CAN’T DANCE!!” “I’ll teach you then lets go,” JunJin grabbed Mina’s hand and walked towards the dance floor, “Okay you have to know something so just show me okay?” “I don’t think so.” “It can’t be that bad.” “But I’m going to make a fool out of myself.” “A bit then please,” JunJin gave her the puppy dog look. “Huuu fine then you stupid idiot,” Mina inhaled a bit and showed JunJin. *Shake Shake* *Shake Shake* JunJin’s face started to turn red and he was thankful the lights weren’t too bright for her to see. He bit his bottom lip to stop himself from laughing, “*ahem* okay I’ll show you one of my own so just watch,” JunJin started moving his body to the music that was playing blending in with the people surrounding the two. <JunJin can really dance. Kyaa what am I thinking…. Wait but a friend can think another friend can dance. So I have nothing to feel guilty about. But then I have been getting these mixed feelings about him.> Mina though to herself silently. “Okay Mina you ready?” “Huh? Oh yea I am.” *15 minutes later* “You get it now,” JunJin asked her. His forehead had beads of sweat from dancing. “Err sorta, I don’t think I can though…,” Mina started to shuffle her feet from one side to the other. “You got better so just try. You know the basics now just put it together.” “Alright…Stupid piece of ddong…” Mina danced with the music quickly blending in with the crowd. She danced like a professional as if she had done it a million times. JunJin smiled when he saw her have a good time so he just danced with her. They both spotted Hyesung and SooEun who seemed to have a good time of their own. “Excuse me,” Anada lightly tapped Eric’s shoulder. He stopped dancing with the girl and looked at Anada. “Huh?” “Bye,” Anada waved at the girl that just looked at Anada, scoffed, and walked away. “What are you doing?” “What does it look like? That girl couldn’t dance and I pitied you.” The music stopped and the DJ’s voice came out instead, “Alright, I’m going to slow things down a bit so guys grab a lady and bring her down to the dance floor.” “Eric…I…I got to go.” “Anada!” He caught up with Anada and held her wrist to hold her back. Eric led her to a room, “Anada can you just tell me why,” “Why what?” “Why do you push me away? Why won’t you just open up?” Anada spoke in a soft voice Eric had never heard, “It’s because I don’t want to be hurt. The only people I open up to is Ni Ni, Mina, and SooEun. I don’t even get along with my parents. I’m afraid to get hurt because if I do… things would be too complicating for me. The girls are the only ones who care about me and they are the only people I trust,” Anada was looking away from Eric not wanting him to see her softly crying. “Ananda look at me…,” Eric tugged her hand but she barely moved. He put his hand on her shoulder and turned her around to face him. She still didn’t look at him so he tilted her head up until she looked at his eyes, “Anada I care too, but the only way I can is if you let me though,” Eric spoke in a low voice while wiping the tears away from her eyes. Anada saw the sincerity in his eyes and knew he spoke the truth. She answered by wrapping her arms around his neck and leaned her head on his chest. Eric was surprised by her actions but still put his arms around her waist and leaned his head on hers. “Thank you Eric.” “No, I should thank you,” Eric said this and kissed her forehead. “JunJin I’m going to go back k?” Mina and JunJin had danced for a while and actually danced through the slow song. The two walked up the stairs towards the table to find everybody there except Eric and Anada. “Where is Anada and Eric,” Mina asked them. “I saw Eric pull her somewhere. That’s all I know,” Minwoo answered her question. Ni Ni, SooEun, and Mina looked at eachother. “Eric is it okay if we just keep it a secret,” Anada asked still in his arms. “Keep what a secret and why,” Eric pulled back and looked at her with a confused face. “About us because I don’t want it to spread and get to my parents.” “Ok but you know they will find out sooner or later.” “I know… but just for now. I’ll go back now and you just go like 5 minutes later.” “Okay, Anada?” “Hmm?” “I like you better when you act like this.” “Don’t get used to it. I’ll only be like this when it’s just you and me,” with that she left the room. “I’m getting worried now. What if something happened to Anada,” Ni Ni said. “What if what happened to me,” Anada was walking to the table when she overheard Ni Ni. “Nothing, do you know where Eric went? We can’t find him anywhere.” “How would I know?” “I saw Eric mmmmphh,” Minwoo spoke but Anada covered his mouth with her hand and pulled him down the stairs. On the way Anada Spotted Eric so she just went over to him. “What’s going on…?” “Minwoo saw.” “Why does it matter anyway? It’s not like you two are going out,” Minwoo finally spoke and Eric and Anada exchanged glances, “You two aren’t…right?” “Yes-No,” Eric and Anada spoke at the same time “No-Yes.” “Okay yes we are but just don’t say anything about it we’ll tell everybody when the time is right,” Eric spoke this time. “I won’t just don’t do anything that is suspicious because I don’t want to cover it up like last time.” “Thanks man.” “Yea thanks Minwoo.” “O_o you’re actually nice now Anada.” “Don’t get used to it.” “What just happened,” Dongwan asked. “Do you think something is going on between them,” Andy asked with a confused face. “Hope it’s nothing bad,” Ni Ni spoke this time. Eric, Anada, and Minwoo walked back towards the rest while the others just looked at them suspiciously. “What are you looking at,” Anada snapped at them. “Let’s just eat okay,” Dongwan spoke. “It’s nice of you to do this SungHoon even though you didn’t have to,” Hyesung said while filling his plate with the dishes from the table. “Hello everybody,” Hwanhee and Brian grabbed a chair and put it around the table with everybody else. “Aren’t you two suppose to be working,” Mina asked them while eyeing Hwanhee. “We’re off now and be nice to your oppa,” Hwanhee smacked Mina’s head. “Oww anyway can we go home after this? I’m getting tired.” “Yea it’s past 11 right now.” “After we eat then we can go,” obviously it was Dongwan who spoke. |
