Poll: Most Workplaces Will Schedule 2-3 Year-end Parties 2004-11-30 14:34:17 Updated. End-of-the-year parties at workplaces are expected to be held as often as last year but their related costs are predicted to be sharply slashed. According to a survey of some 1,030 salaried workers conducted by a local job portal website, Jobkorea.co.kr, 70 percent said their workplace had scheduled two to three year-end parties. Two-thirds of respondents said party costs would stay below 150,000 won or some 143 US dollars. As for the type of festivities, twenty percent of those surveyed said the gatherings would involve liquor, singing and dancing. #AMR# //Seoul comments: Are we involved with a bunch of party animals or what??? |
