Asian Pop Stars Highlighted MTV Concert in Seoul 2004/07/28 Top stars from all across the East Asian region got together in Seoul on July 24 for the MTV Buzz Asia Concert, turning the event into one of the hottest parties ever. Glittering in front of 35,000 audiences, the star-studded stages at Jamsil Gymnasium were greeted by ear-piercing screams and a sea of banners and balloons. From Japan came the nation’s pop queen, Amuro Namie, and R&B vocalist AI. All the way from Taiwan came popular hip-hop crew Machi; heartthrob member of the group F4, Vanness Wu; and promising new talent Want Lee Hom. South Korea’s very own six-guy pop outfit Shinhwa, rock band Jaurim and dance group jtL also took part in the three-hour-long party. #KMR# //Seoul |
