Actually that was a result of a burrito at a local place, La Costena.
They have REAL hot sauce.

Not that wimpy Taco Bell stuff.

it seems the some of the younger generation, all they want is reunification of korea. i heard there were anti-american protests there last year. it was mostly the younger s. koreans. the older s. koreans are still pro-american cuz they remember when america helped them keep communism out of korea. at least half of it anyway. i can only imagine wut it must have been like there at that time. maybe they dont understand wut life would be like living under kim jung il's leadership. there must be a change and soon, before he causes another needless war in that part of the world.

Caution: While there will be nothing onf poor taste in this reply, this may not be of interest to most of our members.

Angelo:
You are completely correct. Right now it is very popular around the world to hate the US. In South Korea, students weren't alive, when Japan occupied their country. Yet they see TV and movies from the states, and think we all live/look like the people in Bay Watch. Then because the see the number of how much money we make in the US, versus what they make in third world countries, it is easy to say we got rich from their work. (This is even more so true, in tne Philippines)
So we are, basically the scape goat of the world. Prior to our generation, it was Brittian. Unfortunately, it will take another major war to get them "over it".
As to our Korea, and North Korea, one thing that bothers me, is that China doesn't seem to view N.Korea, as their bad little sister, and "slap them upside the head". Life in China, while still no walk in the park, has gotten so much better in THIS GENERATION, you would think that someone would send North Korea a hint. But I believe until the world is rid of the KIM clan, NORTH Korea will be stuck in the mid 1950's. They have a short wave service, (hard to get, because of poor technical quality of their equipment) that is funny, in a very sad way. It is strictly the party line. It stands out because it is SO BAD.
As to reunification, I don't see a lot happening during our generation. Maybe next. They are working toward this, but with the strong comunistic influence, in the North, and the strong capitalistic influence in the SOUTH I don't see these ever being even distantly compatible. Life, in North Korea, is so hard, compared to South Korea. (Remember my KPOP news quote, where Jjang Nara was organizing the sending of feminine hygene products to the north. We're not talking about MP3 players, and Digital camera here, folks, we're talking simply day to day hygene products, that we've taken for granted for almost a century here. North Korea is THAT far behind the rest of the world.
Reunification for many in the South would be a wonderful thing. I (as I've mentioned before) gave a presentation at a convention in Seoul. My host, told me his "Senior" wanted to take me to dinner. I didn't make the connection. I thought this was probably just another investor, who had home theatre questions... I had noticed an elderly man around the company, but he didn't say a lot. This turns out to be my host's FATHER. At a totally wonderful dinner, he told me(IN PERFECT ENGLISH!!) that at the beginning of the Korean "Conflict", his family sent half of his brothers and sisters, to the north, because they didn't iknow who would win, just to keep the "family" alive. He hadn't seen his brother, nor know if he was even alive for half a century. This totally thanks to the Kim dynasty.
Sorry if this is long, Angelo. I just have VERY strong feelings about all this.
