With the theme of 'Peace & Love' , this event will include vocalists Choi Seung Won, Kim Hyung Chul, Oo Joo Ho, Kim In Hye, as well as popular singers Baby Vox, Bada, Eun Ji Won amongst the line-ups. The profit from this concert will go to send 1004 wheelchairs to Iraq in February 2004.

JJ Entertainment, as the sponsor of the concert, stated "This concert is only a shoutout not only to the Iraqi, but also to the disabled or people who have hardships in their life.
