Bada's Ex-Boyfriend Choi Seung Min, First Solo Album... Gasoo Debut Bada's ex-boyfriend has debuted as a singer. Recently throwing a challenge to the gayo scene with his newly released first album, Choi Seung Min (24) is a singer-songwriter as well as a saxophone player. Choi Sung Min, who participated in 2001 on SES's 5th album as a composer, had gone out with Bada for two years, only separating last year, when they fell in love at this time. Having remained "good friends with Bada" since their breakup, Choi Seung Min had been investing in his own album production for a while, having released his first album as his hard work's product. Choi Seung Min, who graduated as a Young Sang Eum Ak Gwa (Media/Music) major from DongA BangSong Dae Hak and who also went through Seoul's University's Western Music Research facilities, debuted in 1997 in a male duo "As Brown" and had been performing his saxophone since then. Having participated as a songwriter for many singers including Im Sung Eun, Max-Fli, Park HwaYobi, Jang Hye Jin, Take, and SES, Choi Seung Min has displayed his multiple talents in his own album. He not only composed, lyricized, and edited every song on his album, but he also personally performed and recorded his piano and saxophone skills and sung and recorded the chorus of all his tracks himself. This album's distinctive character rises from its popular yet jazzy music style. Choi Seung Min is the most valuable and anticipated singer in Sony Music. There have been many schedules planned for him including a solo showcase that is to be held at Seoul KangNam's MooYuk Center early next month. |
