| Welcome to Imythess, the border between dreams and reality. We hope you enjoy your visit. Imythess is a creative writing board where you narrate the story of a character in the medieval land of Imythess, on the planet Chaon. Each topic is an opportunity for your character to interact with the world and its peoples by cooperatively writing pieces of a story with other members, one post at a time. We call this role-playing, because you assume the identity of your character as if it were your own. In order to play, you must register an account for each character you would like to write about, and begin their tale by filling out their basic profile information: Race (human, elf, demon, etc.), class (warrior, mage, etc.), physical appearance, and any other personal details you would like to describe. You are also encouraged to come up with some background history information for what your character's life has been like up to the point at which their story in Imythess begins. There is no approval process or application required to join, so long as you follow the rules then you are free to write whatever character details you choose. Registration is simple, fast, and completely free. Create a character now! If you're already a member, you can log into your account below: |

Walking unsteadilly along the road leading through the hauntwood marsh, Roas didn't notice many things. She didn't notice the haunting aura of the wood. She didn't notice the looming trees. In fact, the only thing she did notice was the dirt that she had been walking on seemed to be turning into a sludge of pure mud. That was one thing she did not enjoy. Roas didn't enjoy the feeling of slimy mud inbetween her bear feet, the feel of the cold wind blowing through her hair, nor the slapping of mud against her legs every time she took another step. But still she trudged on the muddy trail in hopes that she might find a town in which she may find food. At this point, she didn't care about stealing. In fact, if she could get away without being seen, she would certainly do so. She planned on getting food, no matter what it took. She pushed some of her long dark brown hair from her face, accidentally smearing a long streak of mud across her cheek. Her glazed over green eyes were completely still. The eyes were useless, not moving from their downward and center position. She was blind, she could not see anything but pure darkness. As she walked, she gave a wicked smile to herself, mumbling softly as she walked. "Here pretty pretty kitty.. Come dance, come fight, my pretty pretty kitty.." A voice crossed her lips with a hanous chuckle. "Oh, my, what do you mean? I can't hear a kitty, can you?" She asked herself. "Well, my dear, you are the kitty.. And, in fact, we fight all the time, do we not?" She chuckled softly, stopping for a moment to lean against a tree. "Yes, I guess we do.." |

Esteban had left Taras days ago. He had choosed to go after the one he loved, Cordelia. The vampiress missed her. Where could she be? He traveled days and night, he was nearly getting insane by the research he was making. He did not care if she could like the place or not, the half-demon wanted to find her, to be with her. Showing how much he has on his heart that he would gladly give his life for Brooks. Looking at the gloomy marshlands, he saw a feminine figure covered with a cloak. It got to be her! He fastly dashed at her and hug her tightly when he got closed enough. He was in the back of the woman, could not see his face in detail."Cordelia, i'm really sorry for the other day...I..." He made turned the woman around, stunned."Wait!?!?! You are not Cordie?"He blushed then took a few backsteps. It was not the vampiress! Then who could that be if he mistook her for another? "I'm sorry i did not meant to..." He had hugged anpther woan then the one his heart is yelling him to join. |

Erin had been walking along the road of the marsh for a while now, she was a little tired of walking, but it was nice to see the nature in this place. It was a place of life, but also a place of death if one went to the wrong places. She noticed two humanoid creatures that was standing further down the road, she tilted her head a little to the side. She was suprised to see people at this road now, not the most common place to be in after all. She keept walking towards them since they where on the road. It looked like one of them hugged the other, but then suddenly jumped away....odd. Well after all her flaw was curiosity so she had to find out more. |
