| Welcome to Imythess, the border between dreams and reality. We hope you enjoy your visit. Imythess is a creative writing board where you narrate the story of a character in the medieval land of Imythess, on the planet Chaon. Each topic is an opportunity for your character to interact with the world and its peoples by cooperatively writing pieces of a story with other members, one post at a time. We call this role-playing, because you assume the identity of your character as if it were your own. In order to play, you must register an account for each character you would like to write about, and begin their tale by filling out their basic profile information: Race (human, elf, demon, etc.), class (warrior, mage, etc.), physical appearance, and any other personal details you would like to describe. You are also encouraged to come up with some background history information for what your character's life has been like up to the point at which their story in Imythess begins. There is no approval process or application required to join, so long as you follow the rules then you are free to write whatever character details you choose. Registration is simple, fast, and completely free. Create a character now! If you're already a member, you can log into your account below: |

You are welcome, Astra :). And yes, I guess we are Lady Renate. Thanks for liking my idea (even though it was buried in a history lesson), lol. |

But I like history. I'm a member of a historical society. So I like that kind of thing. We should be king and queen.

a gaurdian and a vampire... *Mcdonolds-Hey, It can happen.* In any case not everyy temple is as huge as Sargoth's. Verron's is simple by description. I think The king and emporer should be entitled to the equivalent of a small palace. |

I can assure you that my temple is no larger than 4(pi)(radius^3). |

Yay! We'll rule Imythess! A palace is much better than a temple! More comfy! And we have a bigger dresser for all our royal costumes and jewellery etc. |

I don't know about that. Just because the doors to the Temple of Day Pillow Room have been locked does not mean it does not exist... *Jumps into his room of fluffy pillows* Mmm, squishy. |

Now that we have digressed enough a back to suggestions and comments on them. What about lord/lady of Amolen and Norwood village. Amolen would require an advanced rper and norwood would require an elf. |

I only got one fluffy pillow. Too bad. Can I borrow one of yours, Sargoth? Good idea, Master Ace. Sounds very interesting. Lady of Norwood village sounds LOTR-like. lol |

Luckily, Laoura is making a map of Imythess for the website, so we can fall back on that to determine what areas require a lord or lady. It will be made more clear what the "primary" institutions are so that the list can be completed appropriately. And Renate, you can have a few *tosses over an armful of pillows* |

*receives pillows happily* ::excited:: Thank you! *hugs* I can't wait to see the map. It would really be the last piece of the puzzle I think. |

Given that it is still at 24% , it might be a puzzle peice that was put off in the wake of greater things. I can't wait to see the map either. |
