The worg howled into the night, the wisp and small fire elemental lighting it's way as it dragged the covered wagon that was behind it. The graveyard was truly just as Diana wanted it, creepy and mysterious with a thick wave of fog everywhere. It was perfect for Diana's plans, and she looked outside. She looked back for a moment towards the boy she had brought along with her. He was young, no more then thirteen, tied up in a hog tie and shivering in fear, his eyes wide with terror. She had heard that on occasion dark spirits will want a little more then some time with one's body, so Diana had brought a little sacrifice to appease the spirit in this first calling. From the book she read the first time would be the hardest, and it would become easier from there, though that depended on the spirit called. When they stopped in the middle of the graveyard, Diana got out dragging the boy behind her. She threw him towards a grave stone, and he tried his best to squirm away. She pulled out her knife and neared the boy, who screamed out for someone to help him, knowing now that death was coming for him. Of course, Diana knew no one would hear him except perhaps the dead. "Darkness of the great abyss, I ask a spirit of you into me, for this gift, I give to you another soul for thee." With that, she brought her knife to the boys throat and cut him open. His blood spilled onto the unholy grounds. Diana did not know what to expect, but if she wanted a show she got it as black hands came from the shadows of the boy. The body was pulled into the earth but there seemed to be no mark left except a small pool of blood. Diana closed her eyes as she felt a strange wind come over her. "Eh, a mortal calling me and no battle to be had?" came a feminine voice, and Diana opened her eyes as though expecting some ghostly figure to be standing there. Instead she saw nothing. "What did you want, mortal?" The voice sounded bored, as though she had been called so many times before that she didn't have the mood to make herself sound more imposing and powerful. "Well, I was planning to call you in battle but I thought I should give you a gift first," said Diana, not sure now if she had done this right the way the spirit sounded so bored. "So, this is just our first date, kid?" asked the spirit, giggling and Diana shivered at the inhuman levels of malice in that giggle. It reminded her a little of Emily. Alright, alright, just next time just call my name, which is Kilya by the way. For now, I think I'll play around a bit in this lovely body you just gave over to me." And then Diana found out what it was like to be suddenly and completely out of control of her body, and didn't really like it too much. The spirit started to feel up the new body she had been given, if only for a short time. "Not bad, not bad," she said. "Wears way too much clothing though." She smiled and looked around. "Oh, and she has some lovely pets. Hello, my pretties, hello." |

Vyse was riding Umbriel through the area, he thought he was taking a shortcut towards Cascadia, he cursed his luck, it was rare for him to get lost now but he was indeed lost. His ears perked up as he heard a scream, Umbriel immediately knew her master's wish and turned, dashing ahead, Vyse was not wearing his normal chest piece, he instead only wore his helmet, his five blades, the fifth one had been melted into it's sheath and enchanted, he could only draw it under specific circumstances, though from the recent burglary at his office he now tended to keep all of his weapons on his person, he also had a leather holster strapped onto his back, holding four maces. He made it to the area just in time to see a boy being dragged into the shadows... Vyse pushed his faceplate up on his helmet, showing his face, he didn't leap down from Umbriel as they moved forward, he glared at the woman, his extra set of arms were tucked away inside the vest under his jacket, making him look pudgy. He remembered the woman's face and growled, "Diana Sin, to weak to do anything else but sacrifice someone for power... I've seen rituals like this a dozen times. I hope you know what I must do next." He quickly unsheathes his blades, his extra set of arms sliding out and grabbing the last two blades, he muttered their names to activate their enchantments, Vyse "Blitz,Sopheur, Fenrir, Lita." He smirked as they were covered in energy, one by one, the cutlass sparked with lightning, the longsword gave off a golden glow, Fenrir had a small cloud of mist covering it's blade, and Lita just seemed to glow slightly white. He had Umbriel dash forward, leaping off her side as she slowed down, getting ready to square off with the miniscule mutt. He and Umbriel had done this several times, they were faster then most people when they worked together and their team work was impeccable. Vyse smirked as he slashed at her, using his multiple blades to attack from several different angles, he growled at her, "You may not remember me, but I showed you my blade, Niteo, which gave you back your good will, but it seems to have been a waste. I am Vyse Noclan, and I will end you, woman." He let his blades slash and thrust quickly, his draconic might tattoo making his quick movements obscenely strong, he was in his element, head on combat. |

The spirit controlling Diana's body looked at the man and cocked her head, curious about this man who was seeking justice. "Woah, woah, wait, Diana Sin is her name?" said the spirit, a girlish giggle escaping her lips, the vampire's voice she used sounded slightly distorted as she used, but not lower and dark like one would expect of a dark voice but instead echoing with a seductive, sultry voice. "Looks like someone was destined to get into calling on the power of from the moment she was born." She had to remember to pry into her little summoner's mind after this fight. As the man came for her she did not draw the sword by her side, and even put away the dagger as she backed off. Her movements were quick, filled with grace, and it was apparent that was the power the spirit brought to this body. She licked her lips in anticipation. "Oh girl, I feel fangs," she said. "Vampire too? My, my, I think I should have fun with you in time." Diana wanted to talk back but she felt held back even in her own mind. "Now, now, no need to talk, I'll take care of your old friend here, and teach you a thing or two while I'm at it." She whispered a spell to herself, summoning draconic might into her body as she kept moving back away from the man with far too many swords. "Hope, sweety, would you be a nice little wisp for me?" The white glowing orb that was Diana's wisp became brighter with power as she summoned an illusion with her power. The illusion had the power to draw in people and make them docile until something snapped them out of it. She directed the illusion at the attacking man, creating a soft young woman dancing around the graves. The woman was rather scantily clad, as well. The spirit seemed to be staying on the defensive while casting her spell, never stopping her moves backwards and thus being very hard to catch with the swords. When the spell was finally complete and she had some strength to work with she freely backflipped over a tombstone and then grabbed it, throwing it at him. "Not a bad body you have, Diana." |

Vyse growled as he saw the image, he stared at the woman for a few moments, he could hear nothing, until a loud roar echoed through out the area, snapping him out of his stupor, Umbriel was standing next to him, nudging his side with her head. He turned to see a piece of stone flying at his face, he brought up his weapons and slashed with all four, sending the pieces flying in all directions as it was shattered from the contact. He quickly got on Umbriel's back, play time was over if the woman was going to use magic. He had Umbriel rush her, no matter how fast she was, she wasn't faster then an animal, and when he rode her, his blades moved faster. They closed the gap in only a moment, his blades swinging out as he attacked her, his blades moving even faster then before. He kept his swings as unpredictable as possible, mixing in feints at seemingly random, even with superior reflexes, fighting Vyse was like facing two people at once. He smirked, he had to twist and lean over the side to fight, but it let him see around behind them while Umbriel kept looking forward, though for now she kept part of her towards Diana, keeping an eye out for any movements. Vyse just kept the pressure on, he wouldn't let her cast spells again, now that the speed factor was no longer existent, spell casting would get much harder. |

The spirit watched the man as he snapped out of her little distractions and destroy the tombstone, turning to his tiger and riding quickly for her. The animal was so fast she had to be enchanted, but the spirit did not care that much. While he was set on attack her, she slid underneath his initial string of attacks to the animal's belly and used her free hand to push up the tiger so it would be sent flying up due to the strength of a dragon pushing it up. If it would master and mount would be sent up and landing would likely not be very fun. The tiger might be a type of big cat, but while the small kind could easily land without hurting itself, that tiger was structurally different and a weighed a bit to much to simply land with no pain. If it didn't work, that simply meant the tiger had went forward to dodge and gave the spirit enough time to plot out another move. She would immediately start whispering a spell, and this time it was a lot quicker of a spell as she looked elsewhere in the sky and teleported herself up on high, far higher then she would have thrown that Dire Tiger for sure. She was so high up she was sure it would be hard for anyone to even see her dark figure in the night sky as she let herself free fall down. It was quite exhilarating to be so high up, but she need wings. Luckily, she had plenty of time with how high she was up to do another spell. Meanwhile, it seemed Diana's pets had taken the time to go into hiding in the mist. It seemed this would be in between the possessed Diana and the four armed warrior on his tiger alone from this point onward. |

Umbriel looked at her starting to slide, she simply crouched herself, using her muscles to spring backwards, just out of the woman's arm reach. She rushed forward, slashing with her claws as Vyse slashed with his blades, to avoid another situation like that Umbriel started to circle her, the duo kept up a string of slashes, not giving the woman a moment's rest, frankly it didn't matter if she tried to block even Umbriel's slashes, Vyse learned learned a while ago, draconic might did not mean unbeatable defense, he had learned that when a boulder had come flying at him, he may have stopped the boulder but his arms had been broken, he was lucky to have a healer nearby that day, magically mending his arms, ever since he had only used his arms for offensive fighting with weapons, draconic might straight into the arms had broken his own, it was best to keep the strength through his medium, his four blades. Vyse kept his rhythm of chaotic slashes, he used the hewing technique he learned from practicing on tiger-back, the speed of his blades increased, usually this was used to cut away at armor straps and saddle buckles, but he used it to take off arms and heads. Umbriel kept up her own paw, striking out at Diana whenever she tried to move, the tigress was trying to keep her put as they circled her, they would not let the woman move if they could, let alone cast another spell like she did before when she back pedaled before. |

The cat was quicker then she thought, and immediately jumped away to begin the attack again. Her tactic didn't work, but as the patterns emerged she began to come up with another one, and one not in need of such exuberance in magic. The spirit smiled devilishly as she moved around, and whenever she moved away from the sword the tiger swatted her way. Diana decided to take advantage of this by moving towards the front and getting swatted at again. Truth be told, the beast was an easier target then the man right now, who despite being so high up was a fury of whirling blades. The beast was armored, but she wasn't trying to kill it so much as get it out of the fight. She raised her sword to block the armor reach of the tiger and then used her free grab the tiger below the claws and then twisted it with all that draconic might she had summoned into herself, hoping to break it before another swipe forced her to jump back. "Such a big man, on your tiger," she mocked him. "Really need a tiger to fight little ol' me?" The spirit skipped back with her blade raised, wondering if his tiger could continue to move so well when one of her paws was twisted in a way it was never meant to be. "Want to come on down and fight me or keep on playing keep away until you and your tiger get tired? It's not my body, I don't have to worry about feeling her fatigue, you know." Diana watched from behind her own eyes, wishing she had not done this tonight. For some reason the stupid merchant was after her again, and now someone who didn't care what condition she left her body in afterwards was fighting in her place. Damn, stupid merchant was ruining her plans for a slow build of trust between summoner and spirit and now she might die from the spirit having fun rather then trying to run. |

Umbriel roared in DIana's face as she tried to disable her, her back step was fast enough that she only grabbed a tuft of hair, ripping it out was painful but it wasn't damaging, she could keep on going. Vyse stroked Umbriel's head before dismounting at her so called insults, "I fight best while mounted, though you are physically weaker then me, you lack blade skill, though you have magic and speed, you can tell your so called body will break before mine does, and I will not risk Umbriel's safety like that again, if we were any other duo that twist would have gotten her paw and leg." He walked towards her, his blades slowly weaving around his body, increasing speed rapidly, the woman may have foot speed but he had blade speed. He kept his pace, using what speed he had to circle her, Umbriel was walking away, getting away from the area that her master had decreed as to dangerous for her. Vyse slashed and thrust his blades, using his draconic might for quick forward dashes, making it so basic back stepping wouldn't keep her to far away, he would keep her within reach as long as possible, even if the spirit possessing Diana's body wouldn't feel fatigue, her body would still slow, having no feeling in her body was probably the worst thing for the host and the spirit, it meant it couldn't notice which parts of it's body were tired or aching, he pressed on his attack, making his attacks as random as possible, the more chaotic his strikes were, the harder it would be for them to be dodged or parried. |

Diana's face smiled, showing her fangs as the man dismounted. The spirit was pleased with this show of what she thought of as honorable combat. "My body break before yours?" she said, sounding surprised. "If you say so, sir, but truth be told I think yours would break first. You are human, right?" As expected, she backed up as he moved forward, and dodged what she could. While he was slower then she was he was certainly not slow by any stretch as she found a cut to her free arm as from on of his strikes she could not dodge or block. She was not sure when it hit, but there was blood and a wound and now as she paid attention she realized her poor host was in pain. She took greater care to block a couple blows she was not entirely sure she could dodge and twist away from, his sword skills making up for his slower foot speed while her skills in a blade did not seem quite high enough to match him. She could tell he was quite the swordsman, and it would not be won quite like this. "You know, you really aren't bad at all," she said. "Ever feel like selling a soul, remember the name Kilya. If I don't kill you, anyways." She smiled in an almost seductively as she back flipped over a tombstone just to be able to keep him a second back from her so she could start to whisper whisper a spell. In moments she would be where she was and then suddenly gone at the next sweep of his blades, instantly appearing behind him and slashing upwards. Because of his skills, she did not want to be too close so she was just far back enough to get a good cut while not being so close she would be cut in half when he turned to her with his counter attack. If she were lucky she would at least give him a good cut in return for the one he gave her. |

Vyse kept up the chase, he saw her leap away, he gave chase, he saw her land on a tomb stone, casting some spell, that wasn't good. He prepared to rush her, only for her to disappeared, he took a few steps forward, and then felt steel cleaving flesh as he groaned, spinning around, slashing at neck height. He grimaced at the woman, feeling his bloodwrath coming, if it came, she would die without a doubt, but if he went into his bloodwrath he himself would be in a life threatening situation. He looked at her, whispering his incantatoin for his magic, "Vigoratus Mihi." He was lucky to have taken a few steps forward, or else the blade would have sliced through his spine, now the light wound was sealed up, he new her trick now, all he had to do was whip his body around in a full body slash, if she was planning on striking his back, he would strike her neck. He kept his blades ready, if she charged she would be slashed to ribbons, he kept his feet ready to back step or rush, he sheathed his blade, Fenrir, and brought forth a mace, now it was time to fight seriously. He threw the mace at her, the mace spinning rapidly, he rushed in behind it, ready to call it back, allowing it to act like a boomerang and fly back to his hand, but she didn't know that, now it was time take her down. |

The man stayed back far enough to summon up magical energy to heal himself. She plotted to take advantage of his pause, but before she knew it a mace was being thrown at her face. She quickly did a dashing roll to her right, which seemed to be the right move as behind his own mace he was moving right for her and slashing with three swords. Luckily her dodge made it so his strike would be delayed enough that she could skip backwards to be far enough away. The spirit was surprised at just how many weapons this man had. Truly he was a man of preparation and must have a weapon for every possible situation. How exactly would she be able to get out of this? Thinking fast she called fourth a spell as quickly as she could, calling sorrow into his heart so he would be lost in hopelessness enough to be busy while she turned around and ran into the mist. Once she was was in the mist, she got quiet and used something that was hard to work right in the middle of a battle. She was being sneaky and find a way around him. She had some concept of how to stay quiet and stealthy, the question was if he would be able to get over the Sorrow Spell and keep his wits about him while looking for her. After all, he was a heroic type, he would search for her and try to find her, and probably would not be as quiet about it with the armor and weapons so the question was if he would find her before she found him in the shroud of mist. |

Vyse recalled the mace to his hand as he was fighting, just as he was about to close the distance, he could feel a spell, his helmet started to glow, neutralizing it completely before it could take root, he threw his mace, let it return to his hand in a boomerang fashion once it got behind her, he smiled as it returned to his hand, he kept on moving, not letting her get away. He kept on her, attacking with his blades and throwing his mace just as she would start to dodge, it was easy to predict and lead someone in battle, his three blades made it that much easier. He slashed to one side and he knew she would retreat to the other side, she was constantly retreating, a fatal flaw in any fighter, at least in his opinion. Though soon he got tired of her back stepping, she had used quite a bit of magic, she was probably low or maybe even out of mana, now it was time to use his trump card. He pointed Lita at her, saying only one word, "Cage." A cage of light surrounded her on all sides, appearing out of the air, this was his trump card for those who ran away from him, he usually only used it on people who were trying to escape him, but Diana Sin was a special case, now it was time to see if she could still use magic, or if she was running low on power. |

As the spirit moved away from him, she suddenly found herself trapped in a cage of light. She hissed darkly, showing true anger at the situation for the first time in the fight. This had gone on so long, and now she stared daggers, Diana's eyes showing a monster behind them as they turned as they glowed blood red with malice. She whispered another spell, just enough energy to produce a couple more spells, and a hand went down to her dagger, pulling it out with her free hand. In a moment she vanished, and though he might have expected her to repeat herself and appear behind him, she would surprise him with her recklessness. She appeared directly in front of him, so close she could have embrace him. She was also so close that she could not even swing her sword at him, not could he do the same to her. However, a dagger was made for this kind of closeness, and she stabbed him with all his might into his body and creating a deep gash. At the same time as she stabbed him her lips met his helm, as though giving him the goodbye kiss from a lover or even a wife. Her eyes still seemed full of malice, but at the same time there was an odd, lustful affection in those evil eyes that stared into his heart and soul. The Dark Spirit known as Kilya smiled using Diana's mouth as though it were her own. It was quite an interesting first evening with this new girl. She had to leave a gift if she survived for such an entertaining outing. |

Vyse was in shock when the woman simply disappeared, and instead of appearing behind him, she was in front of him, thrusting a small knife into his stomach. He dropped his weapons, feeling the life ebb from his body, his curse activating as his life blood gushed out, the woman, of all things, kissing his helmet where his mouth was, he wrapped his arms around her, as if to hold her close, and then started to crush her, his eyes glowing red from his bloodwrath. He shouted at her, "Die vile woman, DIE!" It did not matter if she had draconic might to struggle, he had four arms of draconic might to squeeze her with. He felt her body breaking beneath his grasp, even if they were both as strong as a dragon, their bones were still just as fragile, he could feel his own ribs hurting from crushing her in his arms and chest. Once Vyse felt no resistance from his grasp, he dropped her to the ground, into a broken crumpled mess, he whistled as blood started to flood his mouth, opening the faceplate on his helmet, he spat on what he believed to be her corpse, his blood spraying across her. He picked up his weapons, sheathing them one at a time as he walked a short distance, Umbriel coming to his side, he whispered his healing spell again, all it could do was stop the bleeding, he would need a real healer and constant applications of his own healing magic. He mounted Umbriel, the dire tigress purring as she trotted away, making no excess movements to jostle her master who used his magic even as she moved, trying to stop the wound from bleeding. Vyse felt sick, his bloodwrath had weakened his heart, given him ulcers, and filled his lungs with blood, which he had spat out all over Diana Sin, and he had a horrific stomach wound, he would need to remain calm, he couldn't go out of control, he could feel his headache throbbing at the back of his head, this would be a long trip. |

The body of Diana gasped as the bone breaking grip came, and in a short time her bones were so broken that she literally could not have resisted at all no matter her strength. When he seemed satisfied, he through her and the ground and spat upon her with his own blood. She had dealt him quite the wound, but in return he left her broken on the ground. He obvious thought her dead as he rode away, off to be healed by some healer but Kilya would be satisfied that it would take him a while to get there. There was even the chance he would not be able to get there at all and would die on the way. She laughed softly. "That was fun," she said, though it was a weak whisper in this battered body. "We have to do this again some time, but I want you good and ready when next you call me, Little Diana Sin. Next time you see that man, you better come out on top rather then breaking even, so to speak. Now, a parting gift, I think." The spirit started to leave Diana's body, and the woman took on this broken vessel with pain and agony in every movement she tried to make. Then there was whispering coming from her own mouth, a spell she did not really completely understand as dark energy poured over her. She shivered from it as her body seemed to remake itself rather then mend itself. Was she shape shifting? Her body didn't seem to be changing into anything but a less broken form of itself. But there was a strange tingling from her back, and as the spell was completed she screamed out in new pain as it felt like three swords were piercing her back from the inside. She could feel her back bleed as three holes appeared in her skin and she felt three unknown, cold creatures slither out of her body. For a moment her agony made it hard to concentrate. Finally, when things settled down, she moved to get up and it felt like more then her hands helped her move up, like something grabbed whatever had come out of her back and pulled her up by them. She looked around and saw three shadowy black pushed the ground as she was righted up. She looked at them, confused, and while perhaps it was not the brightest of first reactions she touched them. They felt as cold as death, and did not react to her touch as she moved her arm towards whatever source had created what she could only describe as Tendrils of Darkness. She stopped when her arm found it's way behind her and then touched her back. The three tentacles seemed to have been what sprouted from her back. She felt freaked out for a moment, and as she did the tendrils flailed and wiggled as though in distress. She stopped, and though. She suddenly remembered what the spirit Kilya had said. A parting gift? This couldn't be... She tried thinking how she could make them move. She did not feel anything with them, how was it she could move them? Over the next few hours of recovering, still feeling less then perfect from the battle, she spent her time in her wagon exploring how to use these tendrils, and found herself suddenly very grateful. Her pets came back eventually and found their Mistress alive and fine, and eventually they went off on their way. She had to remember then next time she tried any sort of ritual like this to find a more private creepy tomb to do it in. |
