Welcome to Imythess, the border between dreams and reality. We hope you enjoy your visit.

Imythess is a creative writing board where you narrate the story of a character in the medieval land of Imythess, on the planet Chaon. Each topic is an opportunity for your character to interact with the world and its peoples by cooperatively writing pieces of a story with other members, one post at a time. We call this role-playing, because you assume the identity of your character as if it were your own.

In order to play, you must register an account for each character you would like to write about, and begin their tale by filling out their basic profile information: Race (human, elf, demon, etc.), class (warrior, mage, etc.), physical appearance, and any other personal details you would like to describe. You are also encouraged to come up with some background history information for what your character's life has been like up to the point at which their story in Imythess begins.

There is no approval process or application required to join, so long as you follow the rules then you are free to write whatever character details you choose. Registration is simple, fast, and completely free.

The tug lifted him to his feet, wiping the dust off his pants he looked to her and her bright silver eyes. Her hair held a scent of berries and pomegranate. she was quite the catch, however the thought of marriage hadn't crossed his mind. He only wanted to take things slow, for now. He looked at her and astonished by her words backed away.

"Miss I would rather get to know you and spend more time with you before taking such a step as marriage. Your beauty is unmatched. Your eyes are a silver only I could dream of having. I just don't know anything about you. I'm sorry if I came on too strong. I would love to marry you later on when we actually know each other. Sachaa I'd really like to go out with you some time. Would you care for dinner, or maybe a walk on the beach. It'll have to be late when I'm off of work. If you can't do late, let me know, I'll switch around my schedule."

Jin stepped away from her slightly as he turned to the odd man watching. His sarcasm grew more annoying. Obviously the man wanted attention. So Jin gave it to him. His hand now resting back on his hilt as he observed him quickly.

"So what's your story? Or name."

Sachaa just gazed to him as he seemed to go on about it, only causing her to chuckle and shake her head. She almost forgot that most normal people had jobs and schedules. Well, this meant she'd have to remain around the area, for now...or....wherever he was. She suddenly felt embarrassed for having misunderstood him. Well. At least it was a misunderstanding. That was good. She was okay without marriage, for now.

"Oh, I uh, don't really work or...anything....so...."

She let her voice trail off as she looked to the Genasi. She'd given her availability, and hoped he could put together that it was something she wanted and was agreeing to do. Why not? How many times did you get offered dinner or a walk by a man in uniform? Shaking her head, she placed a hand on her hip and raised a brow toward the other, which kept interjecting with sarcasm, then snapped her eyes toward....something. She could feel something, someone, possibly a group of people. She couldn't tell what they were, or how strong they were, just that they were coming, and fast. Sachaa's eyes narrowed toward the newcomer.

"If you brought trouble with you..."

She didn't finish her sentence, but gave a frustrated sigh as her hands ran and tugged at her hair. Would they really have to take care of his business? She felt like something always happened where she went. Like she had some sort of bad luck, and it was getting to her. She was about ready to draw Hera and let out her frustrations on these people, but she had to remember. She would be creating even more trouble.

A half smirk began it's slow crawl up the side of his face, in unison they go from ignoring him completely to both so curious to him. The girl seemed to catch on to the same thing he did rather quickly. The officer however did not, this did not surprise him after witnessing what the two just discusses. A date with a women was enough to distract any man. Luckily for him that hadn't happened for a long long time. The presence stopped dead in it's tracks. Suddenly the feeling swept through his body he knew deep down they were coming for him.

Whenever I finally clear my debts, now i have people after me, should have blown the money and disappeared. I am actually being hunted after paying, last time I borrow money from that guy.

Hiding his discontent, Naara stood up holding his sword by his hilt, he rested the blade over his left shoulder. Remember he was asked a question he answered.

"I am Naara,"

Feeling movement as he arose it confirmed his suspicions. Now all he had to do was separate himself from them, the last thing he needed was witnesses. Turning his back on them he began to stride toward the edge of the city. To no surprise he could sense them getting ready to rendezvous with him.
