No, not another slow cooker recipe, I actually cooked this on the stove top. It was quick and easy, though, and maybe a bit unusual. Use whatever vegetables, spices and cooked meat you like and have on hand.

TERIYAKI HOT-DOG STIR FRY

Ingredients:
Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
Onion - 1, peeled and diced
Celery – 2 stalks, thinly sliced
Broccoli florets - 1 bag frozen
Garlic Powder - to taste
Hot Pepper Flakes- to taste
Hot Sauce - to taste
Hot Dogs, any type – 8 – cut into ˝ inch slices
Teriyaki Sauce - 2 tablespoons

Cooking Directions:
In large non-stick sauté pan over high heat, sauté the onion and celery in the olive oil until slightly browned. Stir in the broccoli, garlic powder, hot pepper flakes and hot sauce. Cook until broccoli is heated through, about 3-4 minutes. Add the hot dogs and teriyaki sauce, cook until hot dogs are heated through and start to brown, about another 3-4 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:
Server over cooked rice, noodles or pasta of your choosing and enjoy.
