OK, friends, here is a new slow cooker recipe. I just put this together and set the slow cooker on low - it is now a little after 10:00 pm EST. We will have it for lunch tomorrow, about 12:00 pm EST or so. It is very simple and very few spices. I hope you take it and make it your own.

In slow-cooker, place the following and stir together well:

Onions - 3, thinly sliced
Butter - ˝ stick, cut into slices
Garlic powder, several shakes from jar
Barbeque sauce, one bottle
Worchester sauce, about 1 tablespoon

Sprinkle 4 or 5 pork chops with salt or barbeque seasoning. In sauté pan on high heat, quickly brown pork chops in about 1 tablespoon olive oil. Lay browned chops on top of onions and other ingredients in the slow-cooker and deglaze pan with about 1 cup hot water, making sure to get all the drippings, and put this in slow cooker as well.

Cover slow cooker and set on low. Cook for 8 – 10 hours. Enjoy!

Excellent and I know it will melt in your mouth. I made boneless pork chops for Dick in the Crockpot yesterday. I know he would have liked your recipe better because he loves BBQ sauce on everything. Next time I get pork chops on special I will use this recipe instead. Thanks!
