 I know that I read today somewhere about what you are doing to lose those 5 pounds. Do you think I can find it now? Maybe you can tell it again. Are you able to exercise? I have a 90 year old to care for, too. :thanks: |

I have not started to exercise yet. I will incorporate that down the line. I read and article that a woman in her 60's only needs 1,000 calories per day. EEK! So for the beginning week I cut down to that amount and lost five pounds. I am going to keep it between 1000 and 1200 pounds a day until I lose this clingy weight. Being a caretaker is a non stop and unrewarding job, isn't it? I am going to stop seeking my reward with food. :) |
