Sauteed Spinach

WWP- 2 Points

1 pound fresh spinach
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine or cooking sherry 1/4 cup freshly grated
Parmesan Cheese
Wash and dry spinach.Cook spinach in olive oil in large skillet over
high heat.Stir constantly until wilted.Add wine and cook until liquid is
gone.Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
Makes 4 servings

Gee whiz - every time a recipe looks good and includes spinach, I end up eating the whole thing myself (hubby won't) and hating it. :wacko: Even with tons of cheese! What's the secret to enjoying spinach? :)

LOL. Maybe that's my problem. We got to choose just one cartoon each Saturday morning and my sister always chose Scooby Doo and I usually chose Wonder Twins. :lol:
