Hummingbird Cake

Ingredients:

3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups bananas
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
8 oz. crushed pineapple with juice

Glaze:

1 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk

Directions:

Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix together
eggs, oil and sugar. Then add bananas, vanilla, almond and
pineapple. Gradually add flour mixture and mix well. Grease and
flour bundt pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2
hours. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Pour glaze over cake.
