Spaghetti Pizza

12 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 jar (32 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground beef, cooked, drained

Break spaghetti into 2" pieces. Cook using package directions; rinse and
drain. Combine with eggs, milk and one cup mozzarella cheese in bowl; mix well.
Spread in greased 10 x 15" baking pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Spread with
spaghetti sauce. Crumble ground beef over top; sprinkle with 3 cups mozzarella
cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. May add olives, mushrooms, onions, and
green peppers or other favorite pizza toppings. Makes 16 servings.
