Coca-Cola Barbecue Sauce 2 tbsp Butter 1 Onions, chopped 2 Garlic cloves, crushed 1 Bay leaves 2 cup Catsup 3/4 cup Coca-Cola 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tsp Vinegar, wine Melt butter in medium saucepan over med-low heat. Add onion and cook 1 minute. Add garlic and cook 4 minutes longer. Do not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour. Brush on chicken during final 10-15 minutes of baking. Have a Happy Day! AuntyB |
