This recipe serves: 4

Preparation time: 5 minutes


Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 tart apple cored, peeled and diced


Cooking Instructions

1. Place the oats and milk in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Stir in the cranberries and diced apple when ready to serve.
