Never thought of using broth in mashed potatoes! I've actually rarely made mashed potatoes. But about 2 weeks ago I made some, just using butter, milk and cottage cheese, and enjoyed it so much that I'm looking forward to making more! Do you think I could substitute plain yoghurt for the sour cream? I've read somewhere that you can almost always use yoghurt instead of sour cream, and cut out most of the fat. |
