Special Tuna Salad

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
6 ounces canned tuna in water -- drained then chilled
2 apples -- chopped
10 olives -- stuffed, halved
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1) Mix tuna, apples, olives, pepper and lemon juice. Add mayo then chill.

2) Serve on a bed of lettuce greens.


Per Serving: 310 Calories; 15g Fat (42.2% calories from fat); 22g Protein;
24g Carbohydrate; 5g Dietary Fiber; 30mg Cholesterol; 558mg Sodium.
