Ingredients

- 3/4 Cup Wesson Oil
- 1 Cup granulated Sugar
- 1 small pkg. of Jello (any flavor, this determines what color
your cookies will be)
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 Cups Self Rising Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients together. Roll dough
into small balls and flatten with a glass dipped lightly in oil
and then in sugar. Bake 6-8 minutes.
