Stuffed Pepper Casserole

1 lb. ground beef

2 boxes Spanish Rice

2 cans of diced tomatoes (as called for when preparing the Spanish rice)

2 green peppers

1. Brown the ground beef with preferred seasonings (onion, salt, pepper,
garlic, etc.?)

2. Drain grease off of ground beef and then return to the pan.

3. Pour rice mixes into pan with tomatoes and water (as called for on the
box directions).

4. Chop up 2 green peppers and add them to the rice mixture while it's
