Spray inside of crockpot.

Layer:
32 oz bag frozen hash browns
1 lb. turkey ham (used a little more than that)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Beat together:
1 doz. eggs
1 c. milk
seasonings

Pour over layers.

Cook on low for 9 hours (older crockpot) OR 7 hours (newer crockpots).

It sounds very good. It would make too much for two of us but I would half it. Thanks for taking the time to post it.

Even half might be too much for the two of you. It made a lot!! I'm going to fry the leftovers up for dinner one night this week.

Thing is I have hash browns in my freezer and would use the whole bag up. Even with a twistee I don't like bagging this. It would be too much but I'll catch DH on a hungry day. He loves eggs and so do I.

Doing this today because DH will come home late to eat a meal. I like the the dietary proteins. Really scaled this down to size because tomorrow is pizza day! No left overs. ;)
