Found a good recipe for tuna patties. I tweaked it a bit and here's what I came up with. They turned out delicious!

1 big can tuna or two small cans
2 eggs, beaten
1 box stuffing
1 can cream of celery soup

Mix together and fry in patties. I served it with mac 'n' cheese and spinach. A good dinner!!!

I am doing this with canned salmon on the GF Grill today. (with a 'makeover'.)

1 can pink salmon 14.75 oz drained (Dogs and cat likes the juice mixed with dry food in their bowl).
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 box PANKO Crispy Bread Crumbs
1/3 can cream of celery soup

Mix together and observe if this is the consistency you desire.

LIGHTLY spray (PRIDE OF LIFE PAN COATING) on grill and pre-heat.

Makes 6-8 good sized patties. Calories for whole family (divide by serving size desired) is:

Quick and easy high protein and you can add 0 calorie onion and green pepper to taste (small).
