Strength comes not from your own spirit. Strength comes not from carnality and the reasoning of the mind. True strength can only come from Me. True strength can only come from resting in My arms, for I am strength.

I can only live through you if you are letting Me, by resting in Me, by getting your strength from Me, by relaxing, by getting refreshed each morning, and asking Me what I want to do, what I have planned for you each day, and what My will for you is. I can only live through you if you let Me live through you.

You do this by spending time with Me, by saying, "This is Your day, Lord. Do with it what You will." This is where you will find your strength.
