You are feeling a little off, a little down, a little off center. Don’t deny you feel off, that wouldn’t be honest, and could even hinder your feeling better. Just switch your thinking. Focus and concentrate your thinking on how blessed you are. Even having air to breathe is a blessing most don’t think about. You can think about this small but important thing, but you have had many more blessings than that. Think of the times when you have felt really good, how good your attitude was, and how well things were going. You will see how thinking this way will change your attitude and continue changing your whole life. Philippians 4:8-9 “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. 9Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you.”Bev Robinson |
