Faye, you have made some tremendous progress, yes, PTL!

I will join this Challenge, hoping that this will motivate me.

Because, I like to walk -- I'm hoping to do some outside walking soon.

Because, I like the Walk Away the Pounds program, I hope to fit this program into my schedule.

I love yard work, and will count this in as a form of exercise.

My doctor told me to do some knee exercise, so.............
Well any way, I challenge myself to do some form of exercise six days a week.
