The challenge thread is where everybody comes first.
We all know how important exercise is for our health and for weight loss.
Everybody is not able to do the same exercise.
Choose your program and post it when you exercise or as soon as you can.
I am thinking to come back to the same post and edit (update) it when we exercise would be good.
We may need to change things as we go along.
That will be okay.
I just know, I need to exercise and I need support.
I am going to set up my personal challenge now to get us started.
