Question…after finding out why we eat other that for the benefit of our body, how do we go about breaking the habit?

Answer… every time you want to put something in your mouth STOP think about what you are doing and GO and do something else.

The outcome will tell you if you are an emotional eater or if you are eating for the good of your body.


Lord, help us to better understand why we eat other than to satisfy the needs of the body.
