I don't think you're the only one BS. Personally, I thought he played pretty well when given the opportunity in TB. In that year he started, he had a completion % of 61% and in 10 games threw for 10TD/7INT, and more than 2,000 yards on a less than talent-laden offense. And we're talking about him replacing Kyle Orton in Chicago or JT O'Sullivan in San Fran. That's JT O'Sullivan.

JT O Sullivan. lol Given the half dozen or so teams with questionable QB's, I think Simms could do well in each of those markets. Great? No. Just well. |

Not at all, hence my double "fuck no". I think some people can't get past the hopes they had for the kid and reconcile that with how he has turned out so far. The noodle arm, the injuries... |

"The noodle arm" Do you even pay attention to the sport or do you make it up as you go? |

Have you even watched him play or do you cling to the hopes you had for him when he came out of college? |

How dare you answer my question with a question. ![]() The kid played well when he played. Sorry that I didn't see the severed spleen coming. Silly me. Never have I said the kid is the next coming of John Elway. I'm saying he has the talent to be a good backup and could beat out guys like Joe Shmo (see: JT O'Sullivan, Kyle Orton, Rex Grossman...). I'm really going out on a ledge here huh?. Aaaaand, to say the kid doesn't have a strong arm just shows that you're reaching for shit Miss Blueheart. |

He also injured his shoulder the first year he got a chance to play. And if you had watched him play you would've seen him consistently underthrowing the receivers... If he does have a strong arm, he sure as fuck hasn't shown it in the NFL. |

I don't know what you're watching, but the kid has a cannon for an arm. The fact that the one game you watched, he under threw a receiver, does not equate to "noodle arm". Sorry. |

I've seen alot more than one Tampa game... and so has BS who also is NOT impressed with the kid. He's had a few good throws, I'll give him that, but, then again, most QBs do. Doesn't make them good or strong-armed. And not A receiver... Christ, you really have no idea what you're talking about. I can only guess you haven't seen any Tampa games. |

Yes, you're the only one who watches football Blue. A completion percentage of 61% (as a starter - 59% career) is pretty good in this league. Look it up. People who actually know what they're talking about do not list arm strength as one of Simms' weaknesses. But I suppose you know more than everybody else. Wait....of course you do, we've known that for years. Ok, he's not good enough to be a backup quarterback in the NFL. Feel better about yourself? |

Oh, get off your fucking high horse, Hamp. God forbid people should see something other than what you want to be the truth. For Christs sake, he hasn't even been on a field since week 2 or 3 of 2006. |

I will say this, Gruden is a fucking asshole for keeping Simms in camp, killing his opportunity to spend camp with his new team, whoever that might be. A real dick move. He knew nobody would trade for him because EVERYBODY knew TB was going to cut him. Total asshole Gruden is. |
