I am so fucking disgusted right now. This was the perfect example of an absolute wreck where there's really no one place to point a finger. Manning's accuracy just doesn't seem capable of getting better. Fuck man, maybe we should bring Fassel back to work with him or something. I don't know. And when he finally does land the ball in someone's hands (in a Giants jersey) they either can't strecth that extra fucking inch or can't hold onto the goddamn thing. And Whitfield... sigh... I love the cross-eyed bastard, but, the stupid penalties have got to stop. Yes, yes - all penalties do. And defense, oh the defense... fine, we're banged up and missing our "stars", but, the fact is these fucking guys are paid to play professional football for a fucking reason. Although, I'll be damned if I can see why the last couple of weeks. Seriously, what do we do? How the fuck can we change this self-destruction? That's what it is, basically... there's no reason for us to be looking like a bunch of, well, I don't want to insult the handicapped. |

Or not. His confidence is still a little shaky (and rightfully so), the last thing we want to do is rattle him some more and let him know we're giving up on him. If we don't give up on him, he's less likely to give up on himself. With that said, we fucking SUCK. Not just Eli, but the New York ('football') Giants blow monkey chunks. Without Mike and Osi, and shit, even Tuck, we have NO upfront pressure whatsoever. Garrard isn't even that mobile and he had ALL DAY to throw the ball. Hmm, what else...? Um, how about the fact that we CAN'T TACKLE. Fundamentals you assholes! Jesus Christ Garrad should've been sacked sometime in the 4th quarter (I think) when Torbor hit him STRAIGHT ON but because he's a moron and doesn't know how to wrap up an opposing player Garrad slipped out and ran for about 20+ yards. The only good tackler I think we have is Will Demps. That guy always stays with his man and doesn't leave til he's on the ground. Who else can I pick on, let's see. Oh I know, my favorite group of guys, the O-line! Yay! Get these jerks outta here. I'm sick of seeing Bob Whitfield's fat old ass get burned on every play. Seriously, he's just mass on the field, that's it. Dead weight. The rest of the guys were no better. They didn't give Tiki one single hole the entire game -- not one! Because of this we didn't get anywhere near a 1st down for most of the game, in which case we would've used Jacobs more. Lastly, I gotta give props to my absolute favorite team in the league, the referees. They never fail to take an extremely obvious call and make the complete wrong decision week after week. Plaxico was definitely down on the ground with control of the ball before he came in contact with the defender and the ball popped out. Fuck you zebras. Fucking do something Coughlin. WE'RE 6-4 AND TIED WITH SHITTY ASS DALLAS! |

I dunno about the Plax incompletion, but there was one play in the second half where the DB was all over Tim Carter near the end zone. To me, you could have had a possible face masking or PI, but neither was called. Wouldn't have mattered though, as we would have attempted a FG or Eli would have handed the ball over. Accountability means nothing to Eli at this point. Being the golden boy of the franchise protects him from being god awful without fear of being benched for a quarter or two. It took Houston 5 years to bench David Carr for poor play, then he rebounded the next few weeks and made the Texans competitive against NY, Buffalo and beat the Jags. I've seen plenty of piss poor play out of Carr, but never to the degree that Eli has been showing the past month or so. Gotta love overhyped #1 draft picks. |

Has Eli been showing up the past month? He looks completely fucking lost out there! Like he has no idea what to do!!! Does he even know he's playing a real football game???? Can't get down on the whole D. I think Kiwi played okay & of course Pierce....but 2 guys can't carry the D. I had liked RW, but last night I wanted to rip his fucking head off! And enough with the goddamn arm tackles!!!! Wrap 'em up & drag their asses down! |

You gotta add Kareem McKenzie along with Whitfield....bob is a backup mackenzie was supposed to anchor us on the right side and he always gets burned...our secondary isn't even average on many levels but when the opposing QB has all day like Garrard and Grossman we got problems.....that Torbor missed tackle was horrible.,....but Eli is the problem or the guy thats calling the plays and little to no action to Shockey in the first half.....they keep saying after each loss or offensive struggle that they need to get Jeremy involved....well?? we're fuckin waiting here.....Eli only throws to Plax....which is fine.....Tim Carter should never line up as a WR again....when he was healthy he has the speed and just lets balls slip through his hands....or he fumbles in what could have been a huge turnaround in the game....we got tennessee this week then dallas at home....if we can win those 2 we are in good shape.....but with Eli as our QB im not sure if that can even happen.....we have the offense to help out our injury ridden defense but its going the other way around.....unfortunately for us the defense isn;t good enough to win us games but at least keeps us close enough and would be even closer if the offense didnt set up great field position for the opponents every other drive.... |

First and foremost, welcome to the board, bbbt. Shame ya had to come at such a crappy time. ![]() I am still under the delusion that we will hand both the Titans and Dallas a loss, Carolina gives me agita, then there's Philly, Nawlins and Washington. There's no reason (other than the Giants themselves) that we can't end this season, at least, with a 10-6 record. Sigh....

You didn't need to be an expert in lip reading when they put the camera on Tiki sometime during the 1st half and he mouthed the words: "What the fuck is going on"?....... Kudos to Plax and Shockey for not exploding, because in the 1st half it sure looked like to me they were also frustrated with the play of our QB........ |

Plax should stand there and keep his fucking mouth SHUT after that lame attempt at a tackle......a person's true character comes out when things are going bad and last night his lack of character came right to the top with that lack of effort...... Shockey on the other hand has ever right to complain....they don't start throwing to him until the 2nd half..... |

Well, on the flip side, we looked terrible at 1-2 and turned that mess around. It's still possible that this is just a slump for a few games and the ship will be righted. |

my observations why hasn't anyone on the coaching staff noticed or even tried to fix this obvious flaw in Eli EVERY FUCKING ROLLOUT TO THE RIGHT,HE EITHER THROWS OFF THE WRONG FOOT,OR IN MID AIR,AS IF HE IS RUSHING IT! I can see it,my uncle sees it,the analysts see it where is our coaching staff. I was definitely wrong about the Toomer loss being no big deal,Eli looks lost out there without him,and seems to have little confidence in anyone else out there (but Shockey at times) Plax=next to useless. He has Pinkston disease on slants,NEVER runs through the ball on deep passes(why does he stop and leap on every deep pass?),never runs the same pattern the same way(a contibuting factor in Eli being all over the place?) Its time to drop Carter to 5th on the depth chart, and try Tyree as our #2(or #1,)He is a bonifide dissapointment(Is Ron Dixon healthy yet?) Give Moss a shot Jennings? Coaching staff is just as lost(hello,no blitzing,OMG a flanker screen FINALLY and wow ,a big play ,TD) We need to ,I hate to say this,go to some sort of very conservative game plan(IMO<we are capable of running the ball even with Whittfield for 150-175 yards a game between our 2 bqcks),until Eli gets out of this |

That's what I'm holding out for, as well. I knew we weren't going 16-0 this year, losses are inevitable, but... grrr... it's the how that's f'n killing me, though. KILLING ME I TELL YA! |
