I know,he can do this and that,he's our POSSIBLE short yarage back/H back hybrid(a versatile Patriot type player) but 1.when was the last time you saw an 6'4 RB(sound of crickets) 2.what happens if he cant do both (or even 1 thing) we threw away a valuable 4th round pick on an H back, something we could have found in Free Agency 3.What happens if Tiki goes down for a long time(besides watch Fason rack up 1200 yards for the Vikings) Fason should have been the pick,he is a tough inside runner as well as the slasher like Tiki is(saw enough Gator games this year against great SEC defenses,ie,Auburn,LSU,to confirm this) still :fury: :fury: :fyou:   |

calm yourself, u got all hung up on Fason and it shows. The Giants wouldnt draft a RB without good reason. And he had to be good. This guy is a MONSTER. |

Let's take it for what it is, the draft is nothing but one big lottery. Hoping that NCAA translates to NFL. Look at his size, this guy could trip for 3rd and 1. Besides the top 3 backs the rest were just a matter of choice and what teams saw that they liked and didn't like. If Fason was ranked on our board ahead of Jacobs he'd be in blue. Look at the last 2 years and recognize the track record. 1st yr. QB. in place. Yr. 2 fill the team needs with quality free agents and still come out looking good in one of the most mediocre drafts in years. Jacobs will be just fine. If Tiki goes down I couldn't see a back in the later rounds that would bring to the table what Tiki does anyway. Injuries are part of the game and a hungry rookie behind an injured Pro Bowler who wants to show he belongs in the NFL is a great look for me. |

bxbanger is Barry Bonds?
:o As for Jacobs, I'm not going to stress myself out about it until I see the big bastard running with my own eyes. |
