My Breakdown of the schedule. Week 1 Cardinals @ Giants Warner will be actually respectable by not showing "hate" against the Giants, and will congratulate Eli b4 the game and wish luck. Not Needed. After 1 sack by Strahan, Warner will start messing with his thumb, and Throw 2 picks, both to WA, who will return one for a TD. Eli will have a really good game, Giants win it 24-3. Week 2 Giants @ Saints Their D will not have improved enough by this time to stand too much of a threat, Tiki will rip em up and get over 150 yrds, Eli will throw for just over 300 with 1 pick, that will mean nothing. Our D puts the stop on Brooks and Horn all day, never letting them get across the 50. Strahan gets 2 sacks, Osi with at leas 1. Tuck gets his first ever on the last drive when the 1st team is resting, and Feely's leg will be tired from all the kickoffs. Shutout, Giants win 35-0. Week 3 Giants @ Chargers Grudge match, moreso of the fans. The Chargers D will try their best to stop Eli on the extra drive of hostility, and will be successful for most of the day, Eli will throw for just over 100 yrds, and no TD's, tiki will rush for 50 some odd yards no TD. Tomlinson also has a mediocre Game as our improved D-Line stops him for 60 yrds. Brees will be shut down. The game will be scoreless until the fourth quarter when Brees throws it right to Wilson who returns it to the Chargers 35. With minimal time, the G-Men call on Feely for his first clutch kick. and what do ya know? Through the uprights. Giants barely win it 3-0. Week 4 Rams @ Giants The Media is a buzz as two of the so-far undefeated teams square off. This one will be a high scorer, punch after punch. Through the air Bulger puts up 300 yrds and Eli up 400 yrds. Our D will be able to stop their run as theirs will not be. Tiki will then be the deciding factor as the Giants win it 42-35. Week 6 Giants @ Cowboys Giants are now 4-0 while the Eagles are as well, Cowboys trail by 2 games. Redskins are winless. The Cowboys will try and get into the Giants heads with the Giants not so perfect off of bye week record. Giants will prove em wrong holding Cowboys under 100 yrds total offense and Coughlin has Tiki control the clock. Jacobs gets his first TD and then another. Tiki scores once and Eli--Toomer combo lights it up again with 2 more of their own. Our D doesnt get the turnover, but shuts em down every time. Another shutout 38-0 Week 7 Broncos @ Giants Not one sole person picks the Giants for this one. Dayne wants revenge against us for being so underconfident and wows evrybody by putting up 200 yrds. Tiki matches it and Jacobs gets 50. Eli has a mediocre game, putting up just 200 yrds and 1 TD. Tiki scores 1 and Wilson takes one home. Broncos put up a good fight with 2 Ron Dayne scores and 2 Elam field goals, but Elam's last second attempt is missed and the Giants scrape it 21-20. Week 8 Redskins @ Giants Redskins cannot do anything. Their D suffered greatly from its losses, and their gains cannot match the previous year. Eli has the best game of his career with 1 TD to Toomer,Burress,Shockey,Tyree,Taylor. and 1 long throw off the flee-flicker to Toomer but gets stopped on the 5 which sets up a Barber run. Giants win Big 42-6 Week 9 Giants @ 49ers Only undefeated team left in the league is the Giants, 1 game ahead of Philly, and evry1 asks "Who are the Cowboys and Redskins?" 49ers are actually doing better than expected at 3-5, and have high hopes of knocking the Giants off their pedistal. But it doesnt happen. A hard fought battle as Smith produces ok numbers and Eli does better than him, but still not overly well, and Tiki runs up a storm along side Jacobs. Low scorer, Giants win 17-15 on a last second field goal by Feely. Week 10 Vikings @ Giants What do we have here? I know, the Vikings scyche themselves out before the game even starts and never show up. They play absolutely horribly and are knocked out of their 6th spot in the Playoff race and drop down to 5-5. Giants easily win 49-0. Week 11 Eagles @ Giants The Game of the Season where everybody believes the Giants will get their first loss, and they were wrong. TO runs his mouth in the week leading up to the game, getting himself deactivated and the Eagles not on there game. Without a big target, McNabb has a terrible game and gets sacked 5 times and intercepted thrice. Eli puts up admirable numbers against the #2 D in the league, and gets a TD. Tiki for the first time in the season is shut down, and has just 20 yrds. the D scores on 1 of the INT's and Osi returns a fumble all the way. Feely kicks a FG on the other 2 INT's giving the Giants a 27-9 win. The Playoff Race is Crystalizing and here is how it stands in the NFC 1. Giants 10-0 2. Falcons 7-3 3. Seahawks 6-4 4. Lions 6-4 5. Eagles 6-4 6. Rams 5-5 Week 12 Giants @ Seahawks The Tri State Area is abuzz with an adrenaline rush as the Giants are set to clinch a playoff spot with a win or a rams loss, and clinch the division with a win and an Eagles loss. Giants use this rush as fuel and kick major @$$ in Seattle. By the end of the game, Eli has thrown 6 TD's 2 to Toomer 1 to Plax 2 to Tyree and 1 to Shockey. Tiki runs it up and gets 2 TD's of his own. And Jacobs comes through with 1. The D steps it up and makes the Seahawks one dimensional running because it seems like every passing play, Hassleback is either sacked or INT'd. The D runs up with 2 TD's. and to top it off Ponder takes one to the house at the halftime kickoff. The Seahawks are in awe and the Giants win 84-0. Then the Giants look at the scores and see that the Packers upset the Eagles in overtime and that the Rams lost. New York City could not be silenced that week. The Playoff picture is Now becoming stone 1. Giants 11-0 Clinched division and bye 2. Falcons 7-4 3. Seahawks 6-5 4. Lions 6-5 5. Eagles 6-5 6. Rams 5-6 Week 13 Cowboys @ Giants The Cowboys would like nothing better than to be the ones to knock off the Giants, but the Giants are still on the rush from the previous week and rely on the running game to put up points 28-21 win. With that the Giants clinch Home-Field 1. Giants 12-0 Clinched division, bye, homefield 2. Falcons 8-4 Clinched divsion 3. Seahawks 7-5 4. Lions 6-6 5. Eagles 7-5 6. Rams 6-6 Week 14 Giants @ Eagles Eagles know they need a win and a Cardinals loss to clinch the playoffs, and they try their best against the Big Blue Wrecking Crew, but come up short. The Giants gave it half heartidly, pacing themselves for the playoffs. Giants win 14-10. 1. Giants 13-0 Clinched division, bye, homefield 2. Falcons 9-4 Clinched division 3. Lions 7-6 4. Rams 7-6 5. Seahawks 7-6 6. Eagles 7-6 7th place is 5-8 Week 15 Chiefs @ Giants Chiefs are already out of it in the AFC, and the Giants are still pacing themselves. Not an exciting game, run is th call on both sides. Jacobs with his first start gets 2 TD's and out does Holmes' 1. 14-7 Giants win Things are coming down to the wire 1. Giants 14-0 Clinched division, bye, homefield 2. Falcons 10-4 Clinched division, bye 3. Lions 8-6 Clinched division 4. Rams 7-7 5. Eagles 8-6 Clinched birth 6. Seahawks 7-7 7th place is 6-8 Week 16 Giants @ Redskins Redskins have but only 2 wins, and are desperate. Palmer starts for the Giants and throws for 1 TD. Jacobs runs 2 in. and the D allows 1 and a FG. Giants win 21-10 Almost in place 1. Giants 15-0 Clinched division, bye, homefield 2. Falcons 11-4 Clinched division, bye 3. Lions 9-6 Clinched division 4. Cardinals 7-8 5. Eagles 9-6 Clinched birth 6. Rams 7-8 7th Place is 7-8 Week 17 Giants @ Raiders The excitement is undeniable. The stadium is about 50% Giants fans. Signs say "First 72 Dolphins Next 05 Giants" Kerry Collins shows his almost disgust of Eli from the Raiders sideline. Then the Giants go to work with the starting team. It took the entire team to convince Coughlin to let them start. Giants play smashmouth football but the Raiders stay on level. KC to Moss hurts the Giants only twice, and Eli-Toomer burns the Raider D all day. Giants win it close in OT 41-38. New York City's Cheers could be heard all the way down to Philadelphia. The Final Playoff Picture is. 1. Giants 16-0 2. Falcons 11-5 3. Lions 10-6 4. Cardinals 8-8 5. Eagles 9-7 6. Packers 8-8 Wild Card Weekend has the Packers visiting the Lions and the Eagles visiting the Cardinals. And there are 2 major upsets as the Packers and Favre defeat the Lions for the first time all year. And the Cardinals defeat the Eagles once more. Divisional: Cardinals 9-8 @ Giants 16-0 Warner doesnt want anybody standing in his way of proving he can still play. Strahan is hungry for that ring. And that is the main story. Strahan seems to penetrate the line on every play recording 3 sacks and 12 rushes and 10 hits. Eli puts up big numbers in his first playoff game leading the giants to a 28-14 victory. Packers 9-8 @ Falcons 11-5 Vick runs up the Packers D, but Favre wants to go to the SB just once more. Packers pull it out 35-28. Conference Championship: Packers 10-8 @ Giants 17-0 The friendly but rivalry filled air at Packed full Giants stadium is intense. The Game is intense, both sides of the ball giving it everything they have. at the final play of the game Favre steps back to pass, but Strahan breaks through the line just in time to take Favre down. Ending the game 27-21 Giants win. Favre then announces his retirement and is glad his last game could be against this soon to be legendary football team. Super Bowl XL: Steelers 15-3 @ Giants 18-0 It all comes down to this. Two teams, two second year quarterbacks, one game for the ages. This one is all about the defenses. Roethlisburger is held to 200 yds and 2 TD's. Eli is held to 200 yds 2 TD's. Barber/Jacobs and Bettis/Staley equivilate with 2 TD's for each combo. The the Toomer/Burress and Ward/Randel El equivilates with the 2 TD's from their quarterbacks. Special teams each brings one home. It is one play that brings this game to a close. It is overtime, Pittsburgh has the ball, hands it off to Bettis, William Joseph with a huge hit that knocks the ball loose, Strahan scoops it up and brings it home. Game Over-Steelers 35 Giants 41. Strahan gets his ring and he is the one that holds up the Trophy first 19-0 :flex: |

Wouldn't that be wonderful! BTW, I don't think Warner would be anything but respectable towards the Giants. He's not the kind of guy to show "hate"....he knew what was going to happen coming into NY last year, so why would he hold a grudge? |
