That's where you're wrong. I'm fully aware of how big an ass I am. I'm also fully aware of my effect on you. ![]() |

I don’t think you are a fool, but what’s my opinion compared to that of thousands of others. |

Sorry for the loss guys. They wasted a pretty good defensive effort. Losing sucks, expecially to a division rival....you have my sympathies. Not sure what else to say.

Anyhoo, back on topic..... just because Eli had a bad game yesterday doesn't mean we want him dumped. I never said anything about that. I didn't read anything about that here (granted, I didn't read 12 pages worth of posts, just skimmed them...) Eli had a BAD game, plain & simple. We were on the first level. Wind was non-factor 10 minutes into the game, so that had little to do with his poor passing yesterday. I also don't think McNumbNuts had a good game. I don't think either team played particularly well. The officiating was kind of bad, but that didn't matter, as they didn't take any points away from the Giants.... they did that themselves! Like I said, Philly wanted it more. You could see in the way the game unfolded. They had fire. Giants didn't. Question: At the end of the 1st half, they called the 2 minute warning at 1:53 & put 7 seconds back on the clock to make it 2 mintues. Why add the extra 7 seconds? Then at the end of the game, the 2 minute warning was called at 1:56 or something like that... why not bump it back to 2 minutes in that situation? |

I don't have the strength in me to look through now 12 pages of posts either. Just gotta say...damn refs!!! I didn't know the pocket went from side-line to side-line, especially since the tackles didn't move that far! PS - I was there too - with Kate. |

QBs will soon be wearing red "don't hurt me" jerseys. This is BS! |

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned, but I think we missed Strahan's leadership in this game BIG TIME. For a player like Tuck to be vocally concerned about the game minutes before kickoff....we lacked leadership. Just a thought. |

What did he say, Hamp? Normal gameday "we gotta... to win" bullshit or something else? |

No, he told a one of the sideline reporters (I forgot which one) that he was concerned about today's game, since they had a week off and thought that they lost momentum due to the time off. Something to that effect. |

Yea, I saw it in the Tuck thread after I left this thread. Thanks. Not a good sign of the mentality going into the game... |

Not a good sign, but also, they didn't really have much momentum coming into the game to lose. They lost the last game of the season. Had they won, perhaps it would have been a different story. Regardless, not something you say before the game, even if you're thinking it. Good Lord, he'd be better off saying something like, "We need to go out & play our best today" or something equally cliche & generic! |

While you all are downplaying and dismissing how McNabb played, just realize it was more than enough to make Eli look like a scrub! Enjoy the offseason!

Exactly, that's what I was thinking - "what momentum??" Just the phrase - "...I don't feel good about this game..." That's a leadership issue to a large extent. Oye. Oh well. I've put it in my rear view mirror. yeah right |
