Where do I begin? Well I guess maybe a good starting point would be the quarterback who can't throw a spiral? I just don't understand it, I really don't. You can go and find hundreds, HUNDREDS of quarterbacks in JUNIOR COLLEGES throughout the country who throw a better ball than Manning. It's really unbelievable. How in the world you can get to this level without being able to throw a spiral, is beyond me. This is why Phil Simms was so good in the Meadowlands, because he could actually throw a spiral on windy days. Go figure...a pro quarterback throwing a spiral. I don't think it's a great deal of over reaction in saying that was the worst half of football by an NFL quarterback that I've ever seen. Yes, that's part frustration, but part reality. It's completely demoralizing for a defense to play the way they did (up to the last drive) then stand on the sideline and watch a completely incompetent quarterback, unable to put points on the board. WTF is Spags doing in the prevent during that last drive? That illegal contact penalty on AP was as ticky-tack as you can get. That happens on just about every play in the NFL. That's it, that's all I can muster at this point. I honestly don't see how we win this game with this quarterback. |

Fuck Eli and the inaccurate floating ducks he's been throwing today. We've been saying all season how his accuracy sucks the suck out of suck. Today he's killing us. Guys wide open and he can't drop ONE in there. |

Yet we still abandon the run when we are averaging 5 yards a pop |

A lot of the calls today have been ticky tacky, and I won't lie most of them have been against the Giants. Both QBs are struggling so I wouldn't get too down on Manning. The wind is obviously a factor |

How about taking the 5 yard run away from Jacobs at the two minute warning, AFTER THE FACT? I'm sorry, that was just comical. I've never seen that in almost 30 years of following football. |

But McNabb was struggling because the Giants were in his face and playing solid D. Not that Philly hasn't, but Manning has had quite a few VERY good looks and throws the ball end over end. Really, it's like watching a Junior Varsity quarterback. |

As you know, I'm all for the players executing the plays that are called, but when it's obvious to anybody who is watching, that Eli Manning cannot throw the ball in the wind because he throws the ugliest ball in the league, and your RB is ....... ...never mind. I just had to come into my office because my friends are sick of hearing me scream. I just......I just can't. |
