If your not a New York Giants fan then... what the hell are you?

If there was an egomaniacs anonymous, former New York Giants running back Tiki Barber would be their poster-boy.

Although the NBC sports analyst spent most of the season bashing his former team, he now believes he played a significant role in their historic victory over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII.

"I feel great joy for them because I know, in a lot of ways, I helped a lot of guys on that team," Barber said. "I know Brandon [Jacobs] was someone who benefited from me being there; even criticizing someone is a way of getting them to think about themselves."

Do I detect a hint of bitterness?

Barber will go down as one of the best Giants running backs of all time, but he'll also go down as one of the most arrogant.

As the time on his career clock ticked away, he slowly began to prove what kind of person he really was. He wasn't the team player he would have everyone believe; he was a me first player who cared only about himself. And this latest charade proves that without a shadow of a doubt.

Only Tiki, who once called Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning laughable, could possible take credit for something he had absolutely nothing to do with.

Earth to TiVi! The Giants won a Super Bowl championship the first year after your retirement -- what's that tell you?

Blue, you are too funny, but no doubt consistent. God forbid there be anything negative said about anybody who has worn a Giants uniform at any time in the past or present. Tiki is exactly what that blog states, he's a big mouth, arrogant egomaniac. That's all it was saying....so take it for what its worth, but it could not have been more accurate.

Sorry.

When I'm dead and buried, and people look back and think of me, one thing they will never say is "She was a flip-flopper."

I seriously don't see anything in his statement to bring upon the title or venom.

Sorry. My knickers just don't get twisted that easily.

No twisted knickers, just reaffirming what many...and probably not too far off by saying "most" Giant fans and football fans have known since his retirement tour.
