Not that I necessarily agree with him, but in the papers this morning Coughlin explained he wanted Tynes in the game because of the wind. He felt Tynes has the stronger leg to get the ball deeper on kickoffs.......

As for the one that went out of bounds Coughlin thought the ball was blown off the tee just before Tynes kicked it (but he wasn't 100% sure on that).

It'll be intersting to see who is going to be activated next week vs Arizona...........given that they'll be kicking indoors.

I think he will start with Carney next week. Hasnt the plan been to stick with him until he misses...which he hasnt yet (apart from the blcok t'other week).

Can understand why he picked the sweaty sock yesterday, but I'd go back to Carney next week.

Carney's kickoffs suck ,I know Tynes had a bad day yesterday(on KO's ,the wind) but if you can keep both ...I'd do it.

i'd like to have to FG kickers. i mean Carney has been incredible and tynes well he's been kicking for two weeks now and made an easy field goal...but what the hell do i know. it's great to have him back, but what about carney?

I guess this kicker situation comes down to whether you want to settle for shorter kickoffs with Carney or run the risk of missing xtra points and the mystery of making field goals when Tynes is in there

Would the NFC Championship game have been any fun if we didn't throw our TVs out the window??

Casualties: 2 remotes, an ashtray, one rally monkey arm and I have yet to find one of his eyes...
