 I sent a note out a while ago about this but wanted to remind some people as I think it's very useful.

The boards we use allow admins to create a portal for their site/forums. I created one for us:

http://s2.zetaboards.com/GHL/site/

I've set it up so that GMs can go there as a one-stop-shopping area for finding useful info.

It's arranged thusly:
