I was considering deleting mine but I've had it for so long I just can't bring myself to do it. Plus there's people on there who I know wouldn't be able to see my stuff otherwise. Your stuff is good! Did you use Oil or Acrylic paint for the top two? The stencil is really good too. I can appreciate how difficult it probably was to make as my boyfriend used to do them. You did a great stuff I really like the black and blue. It's a great choice. Steve is amazing! I'm loving his tash! The sigs look great as well. I agree on you comment about the second one. The orange does look a little out of place where it is, but at least it'll make you think about placement more in future signatures :) You're pretty skilled at sig making! I can't wait to see more in the future!

Posts: 66 Group: Member Member #2,874 Joined: 27 November 2009	they're acrylic, I've never really messed around with oils. probably because i'm constantly broke.... but I'm glad you like them! btw that Dylan one is nearly as tall as I am, it's so huge. but certainly my favorite :]

I just LOVE feedback :p I'll post more at a later point, i have some photography that i might throw up as well? along with an epic self portrait that I'm working on... here is an old Art project - its nothing amazing but it was still fun to make project FUN FACT: I've made no higher than a 'C' in any art class that I've been in at my school. I hate having a left brained "art teacher" and going to a hick unappreciative high school. I received a very low B, i think it was an 86 on the picture of Bob Dylan.... Posts: 66 Group: Member Member #2,874 Joined: 27 November 2009	I started this self portrait about a month ago, I like the direction that its going in. As you can tell it is nowhere NEAR being finished..... and sorry about the bad pictures i worked with what i had.... I have a thing for lions and the majesty they emanate and declare. Lion only Just Me Together EDIT: the pictures are very large, just saying. I probably need to add to the facial hair because it looks sketch in the drawing... I'm extremely pleased with my eyebrow.... Comments and critic on my progress thus far?? Edited by Lionandpsalter, 10 Dec 2009, 08:46 PM.

I looked at the lion and was like 'thats amazing' and then I saw you and well THATS amazing and then you put them together it it really enhances both of them!! Really great... Make sure you put it up when its finished!!

I have alot of places to touch up before i start working on the shading and such, mainly the awkward space inbetween my eyebrow and the farthest extruding point, and my front tooth... However, with all the school work and "senior project" that i have to work on I probably won't be finishing any time soon...

The sketch is looking good so far and I think the only only changes you've mentioned so far are the only things that struck me. It's very good and makes me want to try drawing in a more realistic style again. The sketch is really nicely done, the lines are superb. I can't wait to see the finished article. Are you going to leave it as a pencil sketch? Make sure you post up more shots as you continue. I love to see progress of how pieces come together. Infact I've started showing progress threads of some of my pieces. It's so great to have a fellow artist on the forums :)

Posts: 66 Group: Member Member #2,874 Joined: 27 November 2009	I plan on leaving it pencil because I tend to shy away from colors when doing realistic pieces. Usually the only reason I add color is if the piece is for school or would just look horrible in black and white. I think I made that one spot in my hair way to dark for right now, so I'm going to avoid that spot and hopefully by the time I'm finished working on the rest of the picture that part won't seem so horribly dark and will contrast a little more evenly.
